Great place and perfect for what we needed for our stay in Champaign for Dad’s Day weekend! Seth and Justine were great to communicate with and always prompt to respond. Their home is so vintage and cool! Very close to campus, easy to park and easy to Uber to and from. We will definitely stay again!

This place met our needs for a family get together in Arthur. The location was perfect for us and the host was responsive and easy to reach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street and we felt perfectly safe. The place is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I booked this location because the Airbnb that we had rented fell through and I’m so glad it did. The house is so much nicer than I had rented before and I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest homes that I’ve ever rented from an Airbnb.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Had everything we need for a fabulous getway.

We had a wonderful time here! Pros: game room in basement was great for hanging out. The home was clean and easy to find! My kids loved the playground and getting to sleep in a bunk bed. Cons: not all the rooms had a trash or mirror so that was slightly inconvenient. There were some minor issues we reported on arrival but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Pretty good stay. Needs some upgrades to the blankets and such in my opinion but overall good.

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

Great place and a great location except for the train. Could be a little noisy at night.

Brandon saved our Spring Break. Our other Air BNB did not work out and within hours we were able to book with Brandon and get into the home. Everything was clean and in a great neighborhood that was walkable to a great area with coffee shop and restaurants.

Had a fantastic stay and it has great parking. Great location with wonderful shops nearby. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

Have stayed here multiple times. Love it and will continue to come back!

This was the perfect spot… peaceful, safe, and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of so many homey, welcoming local restaurants! It was lovely to be able to walk everywhere to dinner and not have to drive. And it was within easy driving distance of all the tourist stuff we wanted to do. The suite had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the labels on the light switches! Very clean and comfy. Would 100% stay here again.

Exactly what I was hoping for! We only stayed 1 night, but we thought it was perfect for our needs! we will definitely be back when we come to the area again!

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for my sister and I. We stayed two nights while in town for a concert. Everything about the place was great. The kitchen was fully supplied for cooking, with plenty of coffee pods and creamers, condiments and other essentials like storage bags, dish soap. Dishes and utensils were nice quality. The living room has a really comfortable couch and two recliners. The entire property was tastefully decorated making it super comfortable to hang out on our down time. Everything was as pictured and described. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place close to Washington University. Great walkable neighborhood full of restaurants and entertainment. Janet's place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn't prepare any meals but the kitchen was well supplied if we had wanted to. We had some difficulty opening the lockbox when we arrived but Janet responded immediately and got it sorted out. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Libby's place. Had an issue with the neighbors staying in the space above ours, but that was handled quickly. Great location very close to Forest Park. Easy drive to downtown St. Louis. We took the MetroLink and felt very safe and comfortable. We actually preferred not driving, so that was a very enjoyable day. What we loved about this place was the quiet neighborhood: no obnoxious road noise, especially at night. If you enjoy a place with some old charm then consider staying here.
