We really enjoyed the place! It was nice to have several areas where everyone could be spread out and not feel crowded. We enjoyed the kitchen and lots of seating. Would recommend!

A great stay in a neat, clean and well-stocked place in a nice Mississippi river town. Being directly downtown and close to the river allowed exploration without car. Any potential parking conundrum can be solved by using a 10h paid lot around the corner. Melissa is a wonderful host and made check-in and out a breeze. This will definitely be the choice when returning to the area in the future.

Rick & Barbs place was absolutely spectacular I had my parents stop by for thanksgiving diner, it was nice to be in my home town I only wish Connie’s had been open. Rick and barbs kitchen was fabulous, this was probably the most amazing studio I’ve ever been in. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit town.

My friends and I have stayed at Conni’s place three times now. It is always clean and in great shape. Lots of room to just sit and talk in a friendly environment. Once you go outside, you have many restaurants in walking distance. It’s centrally located to get to various golf courses. If you want to go to downtown St. Louis, the drive is nice and not too long. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back again.

Jodie's beautiful guesthouse exceeded expectations. It's a delightful retreat tucked away in a scenic and woodsy area just minutes from town. Jodie has thought of every detail to provide a comfortable stay for her guests. I'd love to visit again!

Great space. Baseball and soccer are walkable, grocery store across the street.

This place was a excellent spot to have a hangout. We had 15 people total, and there was so much space for us and our little babies. There was a lot to do, including a sweet movie room and a game room! We would definitely come back again!

I can't say enough about how great it was to stay at "This must be the Place". Such a beautiful loft; it was spotless and so comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Lacy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive with all inquiries. We'll be back and will recommend it to anyone staying in Iowa City. Thank you for having us!!! Kate and Greg

Was our 2nd stay at this place when we are in town and is a neat and great place to stay!

Had an amazing stay! I was there for an entire month while working at a local hospital and this was the perfect place. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The only thing I can really speak on is the washer and dryer. it's a two in one and boy it gets L O U D. Small loads only. like one outfit maybe two at a time. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay. quiet neighborhood, very art driven space. had just enough of everything! The tub was a bit small, but the water runs as hot as anywhere I've ever been! I was able to cook, clean, work, and relax in this space.

Selena was amazing and so was the airbnb! The photos didn't do it justice, it's a really large space and it's very nice! The place was cute and extremely walkable if you have events to see at the Peoria Civic Center. I'd definitely stay again!
