The apartment is super clean and amazing. It is really big and suitable for family/ groups of friends. Good restaurants and coffee shops (kopi kenangan) just outside the apartment building. They also have convenience store at LG level. Esay access to public transport or just get grab/ taxi at the lobby. Frida is a very nice host. Always responsive and helpful. We forgot one of or bags at the lobby after checking out. She contacted the management at the lobby and helped us to get our luggage back. I would recommend this place to family and friends if they visit Jakarta. Very lovely place to stay.

Nice appartment unit - easy access to all central locations. Host is very responsive and gave me some cool local recommendations that were very handy. All appartment amenities as listed. Clear instructions. Very reasonable house rules. Perfect for a short getaway!

Strategis, bersih dan sangat mudah untuk checkin & checkout. Sayangnya cuma dapat selimut kecil 2, padahal kamarnya ada ac.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Kak Hendra sangat proaktif, bahkan menawarkan early check-in dan late check-out tanpa biaya tambahan, yang sangat membantu selama perjalanan. Komunikasi juga cepat dan ramah. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan!

Novi’s place was perfect for a work trip. I stayed there with two colleagues for two weeks. The appartement is confortable and very clean. Novi even proposed to send her helper to clean the place halfway in our stay. She was also very reactive when I had questions. The Surdiman Park apartments complex where the appartement is located is also very convenient, with FamilyMart on basement floor with fresh vegetables and fruits, coffee place, etc. Finally big plus for us is that we could walk to Dukuh Atas bus stop or Setiabudi Astra MRT station to take public transport and avoid Jakarta’s insane traffic jams! Would definitely stay there again when I visit Jakarta!

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Pretty place with nice a nice view. Excellent host! Got a flickering light bulb in the toilet and host promptly got it fixed within the same day! Highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a big cosy accommodation that is conveniently located near many great food and shopping spots!

Place is clean and perfect for couple. Kitchen is well equipped with some spices and cooking oil and utensils. Area is nearby busy area and heavy traffic. Difficult to get taxi or Grab or Gojek.

Cozy little studio with great facilities nearby. Big malls with cafes and restaurants in walking distance which is rare for Jakarta.
