We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Great place, clean and affordable

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Chose this place because the price was cheap for a nice studio apartment with a washing machine. Definitely worth the money. Location is great. Studio was clean and essential amenities provided. Overall a great stay and worth the money.

It was a lovely stay. The room is clean and cozy. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Jakarta.

Decided to stay there for new year’s eve and entertained by the view that this unit offers which is Jakarta’s fireworks. My family and I were so happy as the place is not far from some major malls in Jakarta. Will definitely consider this place in the future!

One of the best place to stay you could find in the heart of jakarta, would recommend it to everyone And i would personally re book it again!!

Kami menginap 1 Minggu merasa nyaman sekali. Disediakan tidak hanya welcome Drink saja, tapi macam2 snack. Keluar unit langsung ke kolam renang dan ruang olah raga, meskipun kami tidak menggunakan fasilitas ini. Unit ini kami rekomendasikan dan kemungkinan besar bila ada kesempatan, kami akan kembali bermalam.

The place is clean and convenient. Sisca is very responsive to help when we have issues. It's a nice place to stay with family, well equipped for staying and cooking, everything we need to make this a home. Thanks, Sisca.

The place is very strategic and easy to find. Kristi as the host gave clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The unit is exactly as described, the view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Equipped with complete facilities such as a fitness center and swimming pool. Near the apartment there is Tebet Eco Park if you want to jog with many cafes, restaurants, and street food nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Adhi’s apartment.

I had a great stay! The place was very well-equipped, making it super convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed—stove, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, chopping board, even salt and seasoning. There was also tea available, which was a nice touch. The hairdryer and iron were neatly stored in the closet, and the room fragrance smelled amazing, very relaxing. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The host, kak Antania, was responsive and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!
