Rumahnya bagus dan oke bangettt buat kumpul sama temen-temen atau pun keluarga. Tersedia carport untuk 1 mobil dan parkiran umum persis di depan rumahnya. Hostnya, Kak Rere, dari awal chatting responsif banget. Balas chatnya cepat dan baik sekali. Request early check-in atau pun late check-out juga dibolehkan tanpa banyak syarat. Flexible bangetttt. Perabotan rumah lengkap, kamar dan sprei bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan disediakan perlengkapan mandi+handuk. Layout rumah dan designnya juga bagus banget, sangat estetik 😄 minusnya, di dapur tidak disediakan lap atau serbet untuk lap-lap meja, hanya disediakan tisu. Juga tidak ada mangkok2 untuk makan mie, centong nasi dan centong sayur. Untuk kolam renang adanya di club house komplek dan hanya untuk dewasa, tapi entah ada di gate yg mana karena bentuk kompleknya tidak one gate system, tapi ada beberapa gerbang terpisah. Overall happy banget bisa stay di Jimzhouse 🥰. Terima kasih kak Rere 🙏🏻

The moment I saw the photos of this place, I instantly fell in love—it truly felt like home. Without hesitation, I booked it, and sure enough, when I arrived, it felt even more welcoming than I imagined. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Jakarta, especially around Menteng, this place is a must-stay!!!!! ❤️

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Great place for the price. Generally the Apartment neighbourhoods is a nice place. And the plus point is we have direct access to Neo Soho and Central Park. The host is also very responsive when we are reaching out. Thanks for the accommodation 👍👍
