What can I say but wow this was my first time in Santa Monica and first time in LA and this location did not disappoint while it was much cooler outside than I expected which limited my time on the beach the amazing views from the balcony actually kept me in the unit more than I originally anticipated The balcony is on the second floor, and so it comes with a couple of trade-offs while the view is amazing, you do get some odd looks if you are standing only 20 feet off the ground, but I made casual conversations with several of the passer buys, which got some laughs and some waves. I guess it’s just my Kentucky hospitality that I brought along for the trip. Check-in was easy. Communication was great. The parking is secure. The building is an apartment building not a condo building so it’s not maintained as well as some other places I’ve stayed but once inside the unit, it’s a nice little studio that was clean and smelled great

I stayed here for seven nights and had a great experience overall—the space is exactly as pictured, clean, well-designed, and a peaceful place to come home to after a day in Venice. The host was communicative, thoughtful and very responsive. A few things to note for other travelers: there’s no elevator, so you’ll be climbing three flights of stairs to access the unit. Not a problem for me, but something to be aware of when arriving with luggage. Also, while parking is available nearby, it isn’t included and cost me an additional $316 for the week. It’s underground, with exit access via a back stairwell that exits onto the boardwalk, something solo travelers (especially women) may want to consider. That said, the apartment itself was great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, stylish place to stay in Venice.

We had an amazing stay at Ami’s place in long beach!! the space was super cozy and inviting, and Ami was extremely accommodating, ready to help at a moments notice. Super close to the beach and near some great restaurants. Would highly recommend this place next time you’re in long beach!

BH We’ve been trying to get away for a long time, and we’re looking for the right place, somewhere off the grid, scenic, and relaxing. Boy did we score big! The stunning views of the “boulder river”, the entire property to ourselves, with every small detail warm and inviting, we were thrilled and would recommend this anyone in a heartbeat. Amazing place! So happy that I was able to snag this place as last minute as I did. The original apt that I got was not available so they swapped me over to another apt, super similar! I appreciated them asking me if that was okay before moving forward! Complex is super close to the pier! Both hosts were super responsive to any questions I had, which were a lot! Place was super clean, no imperfections! Made multiple target runs to the one nearby, super convenient. A little hesitant when having food delivered, but the doordashers were aware of how to get into complex. Overall, will definitely look here again when I come back! Thank you again!

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

Nice studio close to the beach and the everything Malibu has to offer

This is hands down the best home I’ve rented! It has everything you could need - definitely feels like a home and not a rental! The house was so cute and loved the touches from the original home. The furniture was very comfortable and everything felt clean! We absolutely loved our time. The dutch door looking out to the back was wonderful. We loved watching the kids play in the sand or swing on the hammock. The only downside was that the beach directly behind the home (over the sand berm) is not clean. There is loads of trash including needles. But you can easily walk to the nicer part of the beach or the bay area directly across the street. Would definitely rent again! The hosts were so communicative and friendly. Would recommend!

It’s our 4th or 5th time staying at Debra’s and we’re already planning our next stay! Her home is so charming, plenty of amenities and is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, TJoe’s, gift shops, bars, and parks. Weather permitting, her patio, garden and yard is so pleasant and private - a great place to relax, read and just hang out. Debra was also so accommodating when my brother drove down from Nevada and stayed with us a couple days. At the tail end of our stay, her dishwasher stopped working and she’s already sent me a pic of the new DW she purchased! Obviously we love it there and can’t wait to return!

This is our 3rd time staying here, and it is just our home away from home. There is just a sprinkle of magic in this home, and I believe it has everything to do with Bridgett with all her creativity, and love put into all the little details. It just feels like a hug when we stay here, and the memories I have of my daughters are just priceless! So grateful for this place!

Easy to get to Disneyland from this location about 30 minutes away. Very responsive host.

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

This is such a perfect getaway spot. You can see the beach from the large windows and Don had umbrella and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc that we could take the few steps to the ocean. You can easily walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, playground, and more. Beautiful home! And Don and Rebecca were so helpful- unloading/loading our car, setting up the umbrella, helping us get on bikes to explore, and more. Will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay at Zev & Melissa’s - comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, great living space with view of the ocean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice place. I am a beach person and I will most likely stay there again. Condo is really clean. Kitchen is stocked very well and bathrooms are also nice. Nice shower. Cozy and comfortable for a family getaway.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

I am pleased to report that Sam's place is the nicest apartment I have stayed in the USA, after some years of coming over for meetings. It is spacious, uncluttered but really well appointed, and felt like a homely and comfortable space. There is a balcony with a clear view of the Queen Mary (which I recommend for a tour). My wife and I came to Long Beach for a meeting at the Convention Centre, and I was delighted to find that my meeting was a 5min level walk. Sam communicated really well and was very helpful with a flexible arrival time and a very good restaurant suggestion (Thai District is highly recommended and about three blocks). If I were coming back to Long Beach I would certainly rebook Sam's apartment.

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

Great location, secure building, and a well furnished studio. The complementary water and coffee were much appreciated. Nico was easy to communicate with as well.

Overall, we enjoyed the place immensely and we will definitely stay there again a beautiful apartment right on the beach with all the amenities of family needs
