Central Macedonia : locations de vacances en appartement

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

Wir wurden durch den Gastgeber persönlich empfangen - dieser war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Unterkunft fanden wir vor wie beschrieben auf den Fotos - sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr ruhige und naturnahe Lage - mit dem Auto jedoch kein Problem naheliegende Orte oder Restaurants zu erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

The apartment was exactly like in the photos and super clean and with amazing view. Sarantos is amazing and kind host. Absolutely for our next visit this will be the place we will book for our stay in Thessaloniki. The apartment is with a parking slot which is needed if you are with a car. Our stay was overall amazing. Thank you, Sarantos!

We enjoyed staying at Chirs’s place. We wanted a budget friendly place as we needed to be in Thessaloniki for a long period of time. The apartment was a great haven for us for these days. The location is perfect, good people around and the music in the elevator just made us smile every time we went in. Όμορφος χώρος άνετος και πολύ καθαρός ήταν προσβάσιμο σε λεωφορείο-ταξι . Μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας εκεί θα το πρότεινα και θα ξανα πήγαινα στο συγκεκριμένο.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κοζάνη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο και όπως ακριβώς περιγραφόταν. Για την Αναστασία δεν έχω λόγια. Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, εξυπηρετικότατη στα μηνύματα, απόλυτα κατατοπιστική και με άμεση απόκριση. Το ψυγείο και η κουζίνα είχαν λιχουδιές για το καλωσόρισμα αλλά και για να φτιάξει κανείς πλούσιο πρωινό αν ήθελε. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, 10 λεπτά περίπου με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Είναι σε ψηλό σημείο οπότε να είστε προετοιμασμένοι για ανηφόρα όταν επιστρέφετε. Το πάρκινγκ ίσως είναι λίγο δύσκολο αλλά αν κινείστε κυρίως με τα πόδια, δεν θα σας επηρεάσει. Εν κατακλείδι, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Maria, eine sehr freundliche und kommunikative Frau,. Der Blick auf Thessaloniki war atemberaubend. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon. Ein Ratschlag, bucht rechtzeitig um diesen Palast zu bekommen. Wer Tischtennis mag würd sich freuen, es steht auch eine Platte im Raum. Wenn ich 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun.

the only minus is the 5th floor with no elevator, but in 4 days we kinda got used to it :D perfect location, you can walk everywhere only minus the pillows were not reallly comfy. its a small room so 4 days for 2 people was maximum I think. but all in all cant complain about anything!

The location of this unit is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near markets, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the waterway, all just a short walk away. Essentially, everything you need or want to do is nearby. Aristotle Square is also within walking distance. For those looking to visit tourist attractions, access is easy. I stayed in this unit for a couple of months, and it genuinely felt like home, allowing me to feel connected to the community. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like towels, dishware, and an incredibly comfortable bed, making it hard to leave when the time came. The host was always just a message or phone call away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely return to Thessaloniki. This unit is worth the price, and I would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in Thessaloniki! The location of the apartment was convenient with a super market being nearby. We found the place in a clean state when we arrived and had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen for the few days. The sights we were interested in were in walking distance. We enjoyed the sunlight coming in through the big windows during daytime☀️

Η Κατερινα απανταει αμεσα και είναι πολύ φιλική!!!! Όλα όπως πρέπει. Αρκετά Κοντά όλα! (Περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Ότι καλύτερο το πάρκινγκ!!!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης! Δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσω το αυτοκίνητο διότι όλα είναι κοντά! Αναφορικά με το διαμέρισμα πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο και αξίζει να το κλείσει κάποιος που θέλει να είναι στο κέντρο.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit ! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Wir wurden sehr nett mit selbtgemachtem Gebäck begrüßt, Ifigenias Mutter hat uns sogar Essen vorbeigebracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunt nur weiterempfehlen!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με διαθέσιμες όλες της χρήσιμες οικοσυσκευές που χρειάζεται μία οικογένεια στην καθημερινότητά της . Ο κ. Θεόδωρος και η κ. Μαίρη ήταν πάντα πρόσχαροι και διαθέσιμοι στις ερωτήσεις που υπήρχαν. Ένας χώρος να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλλιθέας χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου και μόλις ελάχιστα λεπτά μακρυά από τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες. Εύχομαι όλα τα διαμερίσματα να παραδειγματιστούν από αυτό.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

Beautiful place and a lovely host! Kristina embraced us with her kindness and consistent helpfulness in terms of activies, restaurants and so on. Very enjoyable and uncomplicated stay in a modern house which we can fully recommend. Early check-in was also afforded what we really appreciate. Any time again!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
