Хорошо экипированные апартаменты в настоящей греческой деревне. Фото соответствуют действительности. На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки, что очень удобно. Большой холодильник, что нечасто бывает в домах для отпуска. Спокойно можно хранить продукты и фрукты. Очень понравилась терраса для завтраков и ужинов. Приятно утром посидеть там с чашечкой чая, а вечером с бокалом вина. В доме есть стиральная машина. Обратите внимание, нет кондиционеров, а только большие вентиляторы. Мы были в сентябре пару ночей было душно спать, но в целом мы высыпались хорошо. Подушки удобные! Очень легкое общение с хозяйкой, понятные инструкции. Мы получили рекомендации по ресторанам и пляжам. Легкое заселение. Из минусов, хотя апартаменты были чистыми и уборка была на высоте, но в доме на первом этаже муравьи. Поэтому ничего не оставляйте на столе или плите (хлеб, орешки, печенье, кашу), тк очень быстро прибежит толпа муравьев. И есть неприятный запах в санузле на втором этаже. Спасибо Cécile!

Beautiful place. The house is spotless clean, very cosy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden and is cool in the morning even on a hot day. Areti’s father is very nice. Areti is very responsive to messages. She sent us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the village. We were very happy with everything!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, weil wir vollkommen unsere Ruhe hatten und ich remote arbeiten konnte (Internetverbindung ist nicht überragend, aber ausreichend). Uns gefiel vor allem, dass der Außenbereich sehr großzügig gestaltet ist und wir somit sehr viel Zeit an der frischen Luft verbringen konnten, selbst an den regnerischen Tagen (die Terrasse ist mit Seitenwänden ausgestiegen, die man herunterlassen kann 👌).

Niko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen, weil mein Auto kaputt war. Sogar der Sohn vom Niko und seine Tochter. Ich bin so dankbar für ihre Hilfe. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht. Meine Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Platz zum Spielen im Garten gehabt.

There are not enough words to express what a fantastic place the villa was or how wonderful Stelios was. Coming from far away with a long travel time, arriving to the villa was like a breath of fresh air and peace in the soul. Stelios went above and beyond, from helping us get settled to giving us personal recommendations on food in the area- which were spot on. The next time we are in Serres, I will most certainly be booking with Stelios at this amazing place!! Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful location, and a spacious home will forever make Villa Armonia our most favorite stop!

The stay was perfect. It’s the same as described on the app and he helped us a lot with transportation, which was also a 10/10 service. Great accommodation and beautiful.

My family had a very pleasant stay during our holiday. The house is beautiful and clean and they give you everything you need for kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It was an extra bonus for us that they had umbrellas, sunbeds, beach chairs, many games and activities for children. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The sunsets were AMAZING!!! Really recommend 10/10

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

We were two families with little children and the Villa totally met our needs. It is beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained, clean, functional, the kitchen is very well equipped. We also loved the outdoor terrace and all surroundings felt safe for children. Achilles was always responsive and helpful. We felt we made a great choice!

Que dire du village de Peraia et de cette vue à couper le souffle sur le lac et les montagnes. Un gros coup de cœur, nous n'avons qu'une seule envie, y revenir ! La région est également très agréable ( le détour par Pozar vaut le coup).

Really enjoyed our stay at Dimitra's! It is literally 1 minute away from the beach, 1 minute away from a nice restaurant. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Will definitely return!

A most beautiful home in the most beautiful surroundings. Our host Kris was a picture perfect host: very eager to make our stay perfect and with a warm welcome. We stayed for 10 days and can wholeheartedly recommend the villa hacienda to everyone seeking relaxation, privacy and comfort. The surrpunding villages are charming, the people are very nicr snd welcoming, the view is breathtaking and the house is beautiful. Thank you again and hopefully until next time.

מקום האירוח היה מעולה. נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. הדבר הכי משמעותי הם המארחים - מסבירי פנים, נחמדים ופשוט אנשים טובים. הם הביאו לנו זיתים מהמשק שלהם, השאילו לנו שמשיה וציוד לחוף, הזמינו אותנו לארוחת ערב והכינו ארוחת נהדרת במיוחד בשבילנו. מקום מומלץ למי שמחפשים שקט וחוויה אנושית טובה.

The greatest stay eveeeer, EVER! The host are something else, like they have come from another planet!!! They were A👏MAI👏ZING👏 amazing! The greatest hosts you could ever wish for - not exaggerating! From the first moment we’ve met them they were incredible! They were very careful, very quick with making up our accommodation (despite the delayed check out from the previous guests and our earlier arrival). They didn’t mind the fact that outside was pouring rain and they needed to get all wet and cold so they could clean and prepare our villa. The accommodation - incredible!!! Yes it is outside the town, but it’s soooooo much better this way! You have an amazing view of the sun setting in the sea 🌊 on the other site you have an amazing outside sitting area with a vineyard view and amazing nature! The place is quite so you can fuuuuully relax! The villas are constructed sooo professionally, they have a modern view and design, they have everything you could think of - everything (I can’t even count all the things). The beds were sooo comfortable, huge and with the best pillows as well the best bedclothes! (I usually bring our own pillow covers, but with the service and the cleanness of our hosts they were unnecessary - for the first time in my life 😁) Everyday the hosts took amazing care of our place!!!! We can not even believe it! When we were outside, on the beach or wherever, they managed to clean everything, everything - to make up the beds, to eveeeen wash the dishes we were planning to clean later, to wash the sink in the kitchen, to collect the clean dishes, to make up the kitchen, to bring us clean towels everydaaaay!!!!! To clean the hole place, to clean the table on the terrace (because they were usually tracks from our cups of water in the morning). Effie were so amazing and soooo kind - she by herself offered me one they to wash our bathroom towels (we bring our own just in case - which here were absolutely unnecessary but…a habit is a habit) and I don’t know how she knew which exactly were our bathroom towels so she don’t put them together with the beach towels in the wash, but when she has cleaned them and has returned them to us, they were incredible - the softest they have ever been, so clean and smelling amazing! And when we asked her if we can give her our beach towels later that day she took them right away and gave them back with the same amazing results!!! Yani and Effie are amazing hosts! We felt and saw that they have build their accommodation with a lot of love, professionalism, with a lot of attention to the details and with a lot of patience. They were so kind to recommend us the best beaches - the most important the not expensive ones☝️ , but the ones with best water, best atmosphere, best views and everything! They have recommended the best places we could have had dinner, the best places for souvenirs and the best places we could have seen on the area. On our last night me and my husband had a great time, like a small romantic dinner with Effie and Yani on the outside sitting area, and we had the best time. Despite the fact that it was a quick dinner (unfortunately we were in hurry) it was the greatest. We’ve had the greatest time with them and the greatest talk. 🥰 Everything about our hosts was amazing, spectacular!!!!! If you choose to go there, you should know that you have made the greatest choice! It was a five or even more stars experience!

Smukt hus, fantastisk flot have og poolområde og dejlig terrasse. Man kunne endda lige akkurat se havet. Godt indrettet hus og behagelige senge. Michail var hurtig til at svare på beskeder og vi blev taget godt imod af Michaels far. Kort køretur til strande og spisesteder - dog skal man være opmærksom på, at sæsonen lukker ned i oktober, så der er de lokale supermarkeder og restauranter lukkede. Eneste minus var, at huset ligger tæt på hovedvejen, hvilken giver lidt vejstøj fra trafikken. Dette var dog ikke et stort problem, men godt at vide hvis man leder efter et hus med fuldkommen ro. Vi nød vores ophold og kan varmt anbefale stedet.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to experience nature. Located adjacent to Lake Kerkini with its remarkable wildlife. The Host is really friendly and so willing to share his deep professional knowledge of the National Park. The Apartment was very comfortable and homely. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait for a return visit.

We booked last minute, it was incredible quality for the price, and the hosts checked us in at really short notice. The house is practically on the beach. We are a family of five, and it was spacious, the beds comfortable and wide enough, the kitchen equipped with everything you can think of. During our stay the whole town of Ierissos had water cut for a whole day, but thankfully, the house has its own reserve of water in a container on the roof, so we managed all right. The hosts are attentive and we had great communication. I hope we come back for a longer stay next year.

We spent two weeks in the beautiful house of Elisavet. The appartement for rent is one half of a big Villa located in a huge garden with olive trees, peaches and lemon trees. You can use a spacious terrace which is facing the sea. There is a small balcony where you have more privacy facing the sea too. After breakfast you walk through the garden past some art artifacts, cross a small road with no traffic at all and enter a small wild garden which belongs to the property too. Behind that garden the rocky beach, which is not private but where you are practically alone. Very worth to spend your vacation. The appartement is spacious. A lot interesting- mostly english- books to read. The kitchen is basic. And when you want to cook every night it sometimes challenges you a little too much. But Elisavet always helped very kind with missing items. All in all a great place very off the tracks. Thanks
