Great place, the surroundings are beautiful, great place to relax and fully enjoy the nature. Very good location for families with kids, fine sand, warm water, shallow and no big waves. Our kids loved the animals as well, all in one, I strongly recomend this place and the location !

This was certainly one of the most beautiful stays of my life. Possibly even the most beautiful. You get 24 hours of majestic views, from the blue sea to the colourful sunset to the clear stars and then even the sunrise. The sea right below the house was one ofu favourite swims. I'd advise that you get aqua shoes to enjoy it properly since there are stones. Very colourful stones, and such calm waters. The house is calm enough to feel secluded, yet a walking distance from the port and the central part of Nea Skioni. It is equipped enough for a few days stay in my opinion; I would recommend a more equipped kitchen for those who'd stay longer and additional towels (since there isn't a washing machine). The space was very clean. The decor and woodwork of the house is incredible and such high quality. Harris was also very responsive, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back to stay in this little paradise! It's not just a home, but a full experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! The house had everything we needed. The view is stunning and it is great to have the beach so close that you can eat breakfast on it. Our daughter (1.5) enjoyed walking by herself and petting the dogs. She laughed a lot during the Donkey ride. It is a great place for kids to explore. Karin and her staf are very friendly. Thank you for this nice stay.

Eine Unterkunft wie man sie nur selten buchen kann. Direkt am Meer weit weg vom Massentourismus und doch sind Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder

The apartment is within the host's property, still with a lot of privacy. It is not easy to find but they showed the way. While there was central heating and the woodstove was very cosy, it can get chilly up there in the winter. Litochoro is a magical place, highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zwar etwas klein für drei erwachsene Personen, aber für unseren Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten auch noch super schönes Wetter (Ende Oktober) und konnten jeden Morgen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die absolute Herzensmenschen sind. Sie haben uns mit selbstgemachten Leckereien überrascht, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Zudem hatte ich die Gelegenheit mein griechisch mit Angelos aufzufrischen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

A great getaway! We went for the weekend and it was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need! The hot tub room had the projector right next to the hot tub! Everything was great for a little escape fron the city! Even though it was raining for a majority of our time there, we were still able to use the hot tub, kitchen, and enjoy the nature. On top of a peaceful airbnb, the hosts were beyond generous! Their hospitality and kindness made the trip all the better! They gave us helpful information and were readily available to help us when we needed :)

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... Nous vous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’endroit est très paisible et magnifique. avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions à trois minutes de la plage à pied. Il y a de quoi ce restaurer à cinq minutes de l’appartement. Nous étions à 30 minutes (ville thessalonique ) une voisine adorable qui nous a préparé des spécialités grecques incroyablement bon je remercie Maria. Je vous conseille fortement ce Airbnb. Nous avons pu voir des jeunes jouer au foot avec des grandes box, ce qui était Inhabituel, pour nous mais surtout drôle. C’était notre tout premier voyage et si ce serait à refaire. Nous en serons ravis. Je remercie Monsieur Pantelis pour son attention, sa patience, nous avons eu énormément de retard il nous a attendu jusqu’à notre arrivée. N’hésitez pas, l’endroit est magnifique. Ce fut un agréable séjour en Grèce.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2025, as it was outside of peak season the surrounding area and town was nice a quiet. Host made us feel right at home, very responsive, great recommendations with local things to do and eat. The villa itself is very beautiful, well maintained outside area, comfy beds, clean pool, lovely shower, safe gated parking for car. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks for having us, we'd love to return!

Vacation of the lifetime. Apparent was clean, beads comfortable, a/c quiet, veranda large and private. Several different beaches within walking distance. Essential shopping very convenient and close by. Traditional Greek taverns and seafood restaurants just around the corner. Live Greek music and dance party in Agios Nicolaios only 10 minutes away . Maria and her wonderful family very friendly and available. We hope to be back in Halkidiki soon. Thank you Maria for your hospitality. Opa.

If you are looking for a different kind of vacation. To Live in nature, Babis's space is the place for you. Let's start with the fact that Babis is kind and precious person, available to all our communications and pleasant as a friend. His private space is designed to a high standard. You can see He is a designer with soul! Pay attention to all the little details ! We are a couple with a 5-year-old girl. We spend 24 days in Babis space . The nature in the town is lovely , the air is clean and pleasant in August. We were worried that there was no air conditioning and Babis said there was no reason because the weather is perfect. The town is lovely and beautiful, everything you need and local. You can feel the community. We really enjoyed walking in Arnaia. Every day we did a star trip. There is so much nature, beaches, seas and magic in Halkidiki. We had an amazing family vacation! We fall in LOVE with Arnaia & Babis house. Thank you very much for everything. It was perfect :D

we have completely fallen in love with Sithonia and Yannis and Eleni's place was the perfect base to explore from. Although, Toroni was lovely enough to stay put, we just like to get out and about. The place is small as pictured, but plenty enough for what we needed.

We had an incredible stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—it felt like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serene surroundings, thoughtful touches, and cozy atmosphere made it an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment! Honestly it’s worth every penny! 😊

Wir waren in sehr vielen Airbnb Unterkünften, jedoch hat jene von Aris (und seinem Vater) unsere Erwartungen bei WEITEM übertroffen. Einige Punkte, die uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind: 1. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Aussicht auf unseren privaten Teil des Strandes, der jeden Tag von Aris und seinem Vater gereinigt wird. Zudem steht Holzkohle und ein kleiner Grill zur Verfügung, falls man Abends noch ein paar Maiskolben zubereiten möchte (sehr zu empfehlen!). 2. Aris' Vater hat uns jeden Morgen Pita und Bougatsa vorbeigebracht. Zudem haben wir auch eine Flasche seines hausgemachten Olivenöls (außerordentlicher Geschmack!) geschenkt bekommen. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier mit vollem Herzen gelebt. 3. Aris war stets bereit, jegliche Wünsche (z.B. zusätzliche Decke oder frische Handtücher) zu erfüllen (kostenlos!). Die Liste könnte noch endlos weiter gehen. Wir freuen uns schon für das kommende Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder bei Aris & Papa zu verbringen! Vielen Dank, Aris!
