This spot is so beautiful! The bungalow was comfortable for my family. My adult son was able to sleep on the couch no problem - it converted to a bed. Every supply we needed was there and there is lots of closet and drawer space for long stays. We loved the view of the water and the outdoor spaces are thoughtful and well done. Two seating areas by the bungalow and also a fire pit and dock by the water. We are already planning to come back next year.

Our family was here for a few days on our road trip. It’s definitely a more rustic cabin. But has amazing views and we definitely enjoyed kayaking and the beach. One thing that I didn’t realize before booking is this house is on land where other family is. We didn’t run into anyone (other than the step dad showing us around when we got there) but I feel it’s worth noting. The beach is on their property too. The house also had a lot of family photos and personal belongings. Which made it almost feel like you were staying in someone’s house. All and all, it was a good stay, just feel like these would be things that people may want to know.

Great spot to stay to explore Manitoulin. The location is very central so it's quick to drive to the top spots. Fire pit and beach access at the location is a great perk. Nano is a very friendly and responsive host, helped us with some small issues during our stay.

Our stay was lovely. So private and so beautiful. It was a grounding experience to be so close to nature. Decks with seating surround the entire cabin giving a tremendous opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.

We had an amazing experience at the Georgian, even extended our stay by a day. Enjoyed all the amenities especially, the hot tub and the wood burning sauna. Had fun kayaking in clear blue water, and wading around the waterfront. Fabulous fire side sunsets over the water. Complete privacy and seclusion not 5 minutes from town. Easy checkin with tasty complimentary local tasty treats which we enjoyed. Great response time and service from host team. Would definitely stay again!!!

I stopped at Sue's on my drive home, so was only there for a single night, however she made the experience easy and welcoming. I found Sue was great with keeping in communication with me as I arrived later in the evening than expected and had Google Maps lead me to the wrong house. (An issue that would've easily been avoided if I hadn't arrived in the dark) Additionally, I was pulling a small trailer loaded with a motorcycle and found peace of mind in staying at her home rather than at a motel alongside the highway. I didn't use the kitchen, but found the bedroom and bathroom to be clean and exactly as seen in the photos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sharon’s. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need. The view of the lake is beautiful. The sauna is also an extra bonus. The cabins are in close quarters of each other. We had great neighbours during our stay so we didn’t see that as a problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Rene’s house very much. The living area is spacious, making it the perfect space for my family reunion of 6 to hang out, play games and cook (BBQ grill, well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, table for 6 on the porch looking out to the water, etc). The private waterfront is gorgeous - the house is located down a private and quiet road, making it a very relaxing and peaceful setting. The pre-teens also loved the badminton net and trampoline! We had no issues with the house, but Rene was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Rene’s house and all it provided allowed us to make many lasting memories.

Thomas and Cynthia are amazing hosts. We spent 2 nights on the boat and had an amazing time. The house and the boat are on such a unique location right next to the ship wrecks. We spent a lot of time on the water rowing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Our kid also had so much fun on the floating trampoline. Waking up to the sunrise and watching the wrecks as the first rays of sunlight hit the water was the highlight of our stay. Special thanks to Cynthia for showing us around and answering all our questions. Their dogs Bear and Abby are so cute 🥰 Hope to visit again in the future ❤️

Glenn and Judy have created an oasis for complete relaxation. You awaken to the sound of the waves lapping the shore, there is always a breeze off the water, and the vistas are beautiful. Their home is completely off grid, and rustic, with ample space to relax and four generous bedrooms so everyone has their own space. The only downside was the compost toilet, but it was a mere inconvenience compared to the pristine beauty of the surroundings. Glenn and Judy are friendly, very religious, and make you feel completely at home. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great spot to stay and the hosts we're fantastic! Would highly recommend the place to anybody visiting the Manitoulin Island and surrounding area.

Lovely well-appointed cottage with beautiful views of the lake and stunning sunrises. Would stay again in the future!

Nancy and Doug were very fast in their response during our stay and very accommodating. The location and the view were hard to beat with the access to the water and the waterfront patio. I would recommand bringing water shoes since the rocks are slippery to access the water but you can buy them in town for 25$. We were 7 adults and a baby and had a great stay, would definitely go back to their cottage!

I felt at home from the time we entered the property. The cottage was very spacious and had a lot of natural light coming in. The sunroom/ living room was my favorite. You felt even when you were inside, you were still connected to the outside with all the windows. Outside it had a large deck, with a covered portion, and step down you could sunbath. The lake side was amazing, having crystal clear water and paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. If that wasn’t enough, there was an amazing sauna that also had windows that allowed you to see the kids swimming in the lake. Bridal veil falls and the cup and saucer trails are really close by, which makes this property amazing. I will definitely book this property again.

What a lovely spot on a beautiful lake. The location was central to get to so many places. Kyra was wonderful in responding when we needed things. Everyone commended on how clean the vintage cottage was. We certainly want to come back and highly recommended it.

Beautiful place, nice view! very well equipped house, we had everything we needed. Very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
