Place was excellent. Winter wonderland with everything a person needed for an outdoors, lake placid visit. Peter was very attentive, helpful, & informative. I look forward to returning. Great place and great job hosting. Thank you. 🙏

Julie's home is a great base for Catskills winter skiing. We were 4 adults/3 kids under 10 and there was plenty of space and sleeping options. Julie was SUPER responsive and took time to make sure our short stay was a pleasant experience. The home is well laid out with a large living room, plenty of comfortable seating and tons of games and books. Home was easy to find, we received 7 inches of snow the night we stayed and the roads were plowed early the next morning.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay! We took advantages of as many things as we could in the area while we were there and loved our little home away from home (Glamp Thomas.) This was the first of many times glamping for us! Thank you to our wonderful hosts. We will be back with our family.

Seth and Annie are ALWAYS great hosts when my family comes from out of town to stay! Their place is absolutely beautiful, clean, great artwork throughout, just the right amount of kitchen space for the length of the stay. Thank you!

Had a great stay here. Hosts were extremely responsive and provided local recommendations. Their property was expansive and they were very accommodating and let us explore - we had a beautiful hike through the trails, listened to birds, saw the ponds/lakes/waterfalls nearby. The bed was so comfy and everything felt clean! Fresh towels and linens were provided. TVs were easy to use. We had fun playing with the various board games! The hot tub was a huge plus and the hosts preheated it so even though it was chilly outside, the hot tub was super hot and ready for us as soon as we got to the property. Felt clean and easy to use, the cover is heavy but easy enough to slide on and off. The local town is about a 10 minute drive from the property. Not very lively but there are a few restaurants, a used book store (I bought 15 books for under 10 dollars!), the dollar general is huge and is like a mini Target, lots of stuff. Overall great stay and very affordable for a nice getaway from life

We had an outstanding stay at the silo. The pictures, while impressive, don’t do the place justice - interesting design, modern but cozy, spacious and well organized. Location is just off a semi-major road, but feels remote and private. Easy access to Phoenicia and Woodstock. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Time and time again we come back to the Barn. It’s one of our favorite places in the Catskills. We always feel right at home! Jess and Kate are fantastic hosts. Always super responsive. If you’re looking for a quite peaceful getaway then we highly recommend staying at the barn. It has everything you need. It’s very close to Callicoon which has great options for dining, cocktails and cute shops. We can’t wait to come back.

We are very grateful to Amy for her lovely home! We live in Woodstock and had a home disaster which made us have to leave on short notice--5 people and a dog--and were so fortunate to find Amy's listing. The house was gorgeous and homey, with more than enough room to accommodate us all. We made the booking and were able to check in immediately because Amy was so responsive. It was great to be walking distance to town and also to have such a well-equipped kitchen, so we could cook at home. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

This is a unique, charming place to stay. While on the smaller side, it was a perfect spot for our little group. Though there's enough bedding to essentially fit seven people, I would not suggest a group of that size, especially with only having one bathroom. The living room area is tiny and has limited seating without using the kitchen chairs. However it's adequate for a few people and the views of the lake and mountains beyond are wonderful. For more room, head up the spiral staircase to the loft. This is where you'll find the only tv. It's a smart tv and you can connect to the streaming apps via the very good wi-fi provided. I do wish there was more casual seating in the loft but I can see how it's not the easiest place to get larger furnishings up to. The location is perfect for a ski weekend, being a ten minute drive from Belleayre Mountain. I must say, Nadine and Raj provided some of the best communication I've ever had with an AirBnB rental. They're wonderful hosts!

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

We had a great stay at The coop, even though the weather was a bit cold the place was warm and we didn’t get cold at all during the night due to the heated bed. The hosts were super attentive and responsive, they gave us a nice cider tasting and complimentary cider bottle, and settled up a fire pit with smore’s so we could enjoy the night. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back

The finger lakes was our destination for a full getaway weekend. We were thrilled to find this property on Lake Skaneateles, our favorite of the finger lakes! We loved the Barndominium from the first moment we entered it! Amazing views! The one big room is comfy, spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We loved having lake access and kayaks to use right on the water!! The pool table was fun to have evenings and on the 1 rainy day. Beds and furniture were comfy, and the bathroom shower was especially spacious. Would we come back? Absolutely!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!!

Beautiful setting and close to Cooperstown. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you need for an extended stay or comfortable getaway. Bring food and enjoy a night inside the cozy renovated barn. We were at home and hated to leave.

The Copper Barn was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding in the area. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, as well as our adult children. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Richelle was communicative and friendly. Altogether a terrific experience.

We had a fantastic time staying in Jennifer’s place. Others should take a page for how to flawlessly rent to others. The home itself is absolutely stunning but on top of that we felt totally welcome there, were greeted with a hand written note and wine and the check out instructions were a breeze. I’d rent there again in a heart beat and highly recommend it to others!

The red cabin was an absolute gem! Even better than the photos! Max and Emily were so wonderful and kind. Their dog Finn was so sweet as well. We walked in to a wonderfully homey and well decorated cabin with a carton of fresh eggs and a personalized note on the counter. Both Max and Emily were super responsive with suggestions and anything we needed during the stay but gave just as much space as needed - they definitely know how to match the needs of their guests. We left some butcher meat in the freezer and they were kind enough to keep it for us and let us know and we were able to go pick it up from them after. Such kind people with such a lovely unique cabin offering. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Vanita's listing. It was clean, comfortable, attractive peaceful and had all the amenities we needed. The yard was lovely. The home is very close to Woodstock and other sites.

I really enjoyed Dave’s barndominium! It was close to the Finger Lakes region (and Watkins Glenn) and we were able to do so many fun activities within close proximity to the Air B&B. It was very clean upon arrival, easy to get in and out of, and Dave & Audrey did a wonderful job making us feel welcome with the kind display when you arrive. They also had lots of suggestions about the local area and one of the restaurants we went to the owners spoke about how amazing Dave & Audrey were! They are very responsive as well and we overall had a great stay with them!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Carriage House. Stephanie was a great host who very graciously allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. The Carriage House was cozy and we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while a little tricky to figure out, had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Salamanca, and Victor NY. We enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens on the property. The 11:00 check out time was also nice as most places we stay want you out by 9:00-10:00. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Stone’s Countryside Tavern. The prime rib dinner was amazing and so was the hot turkey sandwich.

Nice and clean. Quiet and secluded. Host responsive and actively invovled. The hot plate for cooking is very small but Everything works and room was easily warmed once we figured out the heater. Pretty expensive for how bare-bones it is, but if you are looking for a very quiet place to hole up in and work, might be worth the expense.

If only more stars were available because 5 simply isn't enough for Cupcake Cottage! Peter's home was exactly the retreat we needed and exceeded every expectation. The cottage is cozy as can be--charmingly decorated and thoughtfully appointed. From the kitchen, stocked for real cooking with quality cookware, utensils, and staples to the well-organized supplies and instructions for building the perfect fire, every guest need seemed to have been anticipated and gracefully met. And the record collection--sublime! (Not to be confused with Sublime, which I can't say I saw on the shelves, but I digress.) We absolutely adored our stay, from late nights playing games, drinking countless cups of tea while reading, stargazing on the deck, soaking in the clawfoot tub, and much more. We're already plotting our return and look forward to seeing the grounds and garden in a different season. Peter was an excellent host--great recommendations, information, and helpful hints to make our stay perfect!

Very responsive and friendly host! The place was very comfortable and peaceful. Just make sure to check the zip code of the address when inputting into gps otherwise you may end up at the wrong place like I did 😂.

My family and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway to go skiing at Plattekill mt . The house was absolutely stunning extremely clean, clutter free. Lots of space and bathrooms to accommodate my family. The view was amazing. This had to be one of the most relaxing vacations ever . My family, and I just enjoyed every moment of it. Between gathering around in the kitchen just to talk , or relaxing on the couch and watching the fire burn in the fireplace to the hot tub and of course the view of the mountains just spectacular. I would definitely recommend this home. I’m looking forward to going back again. ❤️

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and comfortable. My kids loved visiting the alpacas every day right outside. It was the perfect place to go for quiet quality time together as a family reading books, playing board games and admiring the baby alpacas. Kara and everyone we met on the farm or at the quaint store were all just lovely. We also had fun snow tubing a short drive away (Kara's recommendation) and enjoyed some great meals out. Highly recommend this stay!!
