This was a great place to stay - so close to where our daughter was living (Theory) and to Syracuse Stage where she was performing. It made everything so easy to be so close. There was plenty of space inside the studio and it had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Pros: This place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Picton, it’s very central and surrounded by multiple amazing restaurants (Bocado was delicious- just make sure to make a reservation) and a short walk to the water. The place was spotless and everything was perfectly in order. The space was large and inviting with lots of natural light. Cons: Nothing at all was a con, just a warning this is on the second floor so if you have trouble with stairs that would be my only concern! I would 100% stay here again and will be messaging Bill and Denise next year for a place to stay!

Kate’s place was great for a quick weekend trip! The location was accessible to downtown and close to delicious restaurants.

This was the 2nd time staying at one of Katie’s apts. It’s conveniently located when visiting Syracuse university. Quick drive to food shop, to restaurants and even near the hospital, if needed. During both visits we appreciated the responsiveness over messages. My husband and I really enjoyed it here, so we will definitely be returning yet again.

Such nice amazing people had a great stay even tho something came Up and I had to leave early they were so nice and understanding about it and even refunded me partially

What a great price for what you get! It is a clean and spacious apartment with so much to do nearby in my second home, Syracuse<3 I love the location, since both the university and Erie Blvd are so close. Check-in was very easy and the private parking lot right outside was a plus. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Cuse!

The place was a perfect getaway. Super clean and a bunch of games and things were there to use with the family. Great firepit outside as well. We would recommend and use again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ariels. It felt like home while we stayed there. The pups really enjoyed the big back yard and the home theater was a huge plus! We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town.

The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful this home is. Everything was easy, and the stay a delight. Highly recommend both the host Ahmed and this property.

Great location - easy to walk to the main strip that has restaurants. Short drive to gas, DD, bigger chain restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Small park few blocks away for the kids to play wiffle ball. Plenty of parking by the house. Easy drive to All-Star Village. House is equipped with everything you need. The house has beautiful stained glass windows and a lot of "old charm" to it. Lovely front porch to sit outside and enjoy coffee. But expect older appliances, flooring, cabinets, drawers, furniture, windows, bedding, etc. Everything was in working condition. House is spacious and easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave made it very easy, provided an early check in which was very helpful to get settled before the ASV parade. One of the families who has a younger son (who hopes he will also play at ASV in the future) already said she would book here again! Thanks Dave!

I visited Sharon’s home with a group and everyone agreed it’s one of the most beautiful and unique homes we’ve stayed in. The design is stunning but also incredibly thoughtful - you can tell how much care went into every inch of the space. Whereas plenty of other rentals are beautiful but feel a bit sterile, this place feels like a truly special home. The space, the views, and the sauna made this the perfect relaxing retreat. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sharon!

We booked Adam’s place for the 2024 Christmas Holiday. We were thrilled to see a beautiful Christmas tree already decorated for us when we arrived. Our family came on from Virginia, New York, and Illinois to be together. We loved all of the books and played so many of the albums - the collection Adam has is astounding! We especially loved the media room with the huge screen and surround sound. Watched many movies and even did karaoke. Adam was very responsive to our questions and we would rebook in a heartbeat.

David's place was everything we needed for a large group ski trip! Super close to Hunter Mountain. The hot tub was incredible after a day on the slopes!

Fantastic design and layout of the home. Property was well maintained and very cozy. Was an amazing getaway.
