We had a great time at Big White and loved the townhouse. We had 6 people and room for everyone to spread out. The private hot tub was a real treat.

Awesome place and awesome host. You can ski in and ski out of the place which is very convenient. The house is nice and Shane is very responsive.

Mariola and Henryk are excellent hosts! They went out of their way to accommodate our request for an early check in since we flew all night; and even called in their daughter, Alexandra, to help us with figuring out the TV connection. The place is immaculate and the furnishings are modern. Has all the amenities you need. Fabulous place to stay!

Lovely place with wonderful views from kitchen and master bedroom. Very toddler and baby friendly as the pool and sand area kept the kids busy all day. Modern open-concept lay out with modern furnishings so we were able to keep an eye out. Huge grass lawn that kids can run around and play ball. Every room was great with separate AC/ heating units. 5 minute drive to Quail's Gate and Mission Hill. Landlord came within 5 minutes when we couldn't get the AC to work! We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

The condo worked out perfect for our stay. We were exactly where we wanted to be -ski in, ski out with easy access to the gondola, Happy Valley Lodge and the tubing, beginners area (first time on skis for our 3 year old grandson. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. We loved the fireplace, hot tub and garage. This unit was also exceptionally quiet - which we really appreciated. We have stayed in several Big White vacation rentals over the past 4 years - this one was one of the best!

Great ski in/ski out location, responsive host, excellent gear room and amenities in the home. Perfect for a family ski week.

The location and amenities in the Suite were fantastic. My only complaint is the price. We last stayed in a suite at Barona Beach in 2019, and since then have stayed in very similar accomodations in Kelowna proper, but for nearly half the price of Ellen and Aaron’s Suite. I’m not sure what rates for Ellen and Aaron’s suite were like prior to the B.C. government banning short-term rentals in Kelowna, but the current price seems excessive compared to other options we have rented over the past 5 years.

This was a great location and lovely accommodation. A short walk to the gondola and clearly maps to ski in and out. Having the garage was a nice bonus. Good instructions in advance and inside. Everything was clear and accurate so no need to reach out at all. A peaceful stay, comfy beds and clean space. Would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect ski cabin in snow Pines at big White. The Ski and ski out about 25 m from the front door. It’s was the simplest easiest access that we’ve had in a long time. All the furnishings all the entire cabin was great, exactly as described. There were two bedrooms. The primary bedroom had a king bed. Great comforters secondary bedroom had a queen bed with a twin or a double bunk. The rooms are small, but perfectly proportion we easily got an entire family in and had an amazing time. The living space and kitchen and hot tub with a few out to the valley is incredible. Nothing fancy. But everything that you need and want. We’ve always stayed in Happy Valley. This was our first day in Snow Pines Estates and will definitely be back. Thank you very much for a great 10 days. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for our family near Happy Valley. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We traveled with our 2 youngest kids (ages 4 & 6) so they cannot actually ski in/ski out. The walk to gondola was the perfect distance, so they can ride up to village. The walk up the little hill (from the gondola back to the condo) was a bit of a challenge for the little one, but they got used to it after a couple days. The space in the condo is just perfect as well. Could have had a few more people and not felt cramped. The beds are super comfy and the decor very nice. Shannon was a great host and very responsive. I was having an issue with the vacuum and she sent someone over ASAP to replace it. My kids are a crumb factory, so I tend to clean up after them always. We would most definitely stay here again!!

The condo is new and very comfortable. Hot tub and fireplace are really nice extras to have. The beds and bedding are very clean and comfortable, we had great sleeps. The kitchen is well thought out and very well stocked, best Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever been in. We didn’t ski from the condo because we had our grandchildren with us and they were on the magic carpet so we drove to happy valley. It’s so close so no biggie. Wonderful place and would love to stay here again.

Great location, ski in - ski out, walking distance from the village, the place had everything we needed and more. Very clean, well equipped. Had a great time staying there. Absolutely recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is immaculate and has a wonderful vibe. All of the design features and amenities have been well thought through with such great attention to detail, all of which adds an extra layer of style and elegance to the property. The front door of the building was a bit of a maze to find, but once we found it, all was good. We were able to relay directions to our other guests and avoided confusion. The space was so welcoming and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were super comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

One of the best AirBnB! Audrey quickly responded to all our questions before and during our stay. The townhome is immaculate and spacious for two families of 3 to 4. Thoughtful and well-stocked kitchen supplies (olive oil, full spice rack, drip coffee and Nespreso) including a slow cooker, waffle iron and utensils for making full meals. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated it. The hot tub is just outside the kitchen on the 2nd floor with heated floor tiles making getting in and out a brisk. Well thought design and placement of things! Cozy bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room with comfortable leather chairs for everyone. The heated garage with plentiful hooks is the best for ski and winter gear changes. A few minutes drive to Happy Valley parking lot and the option to ski in/out on Serwas run. Netflix on all the TVs was also a bonus. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for access to mountain and village. A short walk to restaurants and even shorter to the slopes. Hot tub and BBQ were great amenities. Garage is tight for parking, small vehicles only inside. Extra parking space was handy. It was inconvenient keeping gear in the garage with our mini van parked inside. minor inconvenience though. The condo is a great spot to relax and the furniture and beds were all very comfortable. Overall a very good spot and experience. Communication was quick and easy. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Really nice finishes throughout, amazing views, and super helpful hosts. The place truly had everything you would need and more! Ideal for groups looking to spend quality time together and enjoy beautiful views.

Great location and space. Just a very short walk to the heart of the village. Everything was well taken care of and the host was accommodating. Would book again!
