This is a superb place to stay, we loved every minute of our 2.5 weeks. The setting is perfect, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake most days, an easy 10-15 minute walk down (less easy coming back as it’s uphill, but well worth it!) We explored the local walking tracks. And Bella the cat appeared most days, usually early mornings when she would join us in bed! Cannot recommend highly enough☺️

7 Tage mit zwei Familien in dem wundervollen sehr großen Haus. Toller Pool und falls einem kalt wird gibt es noch eine warmen Whirlpool. Hochwertig eingerichtet, spitzen Matratzen.BBQ, Airfryer, Backofen etc. Tennisplatz könnte einen Zaun vertragen, wir haben 4 Bälle verloren 😉. Super Bikeparks in der Nähe, Bootsrampen, Fluss zum Paddeln….besser geht es eigentlich nicht

The place was perfect for what I was looking for! Absolutely loved using the hot tub with the amazing views of the mountains! The place was exactly what I paid for with very comfortable beds! Only slight warning, is can wake up early if floor above is rented out as well in the morning from walking around.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting. The accomodation was well thought out and practical. The weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t really get to view a magnificent night sky, no fault of Simon’s. However, it’s easy to see what a delight it would be with a clear night sky. It’s a really lovely part of the world.

We had a fantastic time at this house! 🤍 The space is incredibly clean, new, and modern. Every detail has clearly been well thought out, and it made the experience feel special. The kitchen is by far the most stacked and organized one I've ever seen, it's a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The views from the house are lovely, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. One thing to note for future guests: the home has many delicate decorations and artifacts around. To avoid any accidents, I recommend collecting the fragile items and storing them in a closet during your stay. It’s a small step to ensure everything stays intact and you won’t be responsible for any breakages. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and comfortable stay! Villa Lusso was a great place to stay! The rooms were big, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was awesome and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was quiet but still close to things to do. The host was helpful and made check-in easy. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing oasis in Wānaka. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for something that makes it easy to be comfortable, beautiful views and close to all the town as to offer.

Sarah’s home was the perfect experience, beautifully set up for our family to enjoy christmas together - from the kitchen facilities, to the layout, the surroundings, interior design and special touches.

Great place to stay with a group of friends for the week! Heaps of space. Very warm. Loved the spa. Easy access to the lakeside track. Loved being out of the traffic of central Queenstown!

This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was immaculately clean, beautifully modern, and packed with thoughtful amenities — the owners truly thought of everything. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and access to the home was a breeze. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

David’s place is as beautiful as it’s comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we only used the three bedrooms on mid-level floor. Having kitchen and living room and laundry all on the same floor made things super easy for us. Moreover my husband used the top floor office to do his office work away from our chaos on the lower floor which was just another cherry on top. And the view is just stunning - out of the world. It will make you get out of the bed in morning. We made use of both fire places, cooked and ate out on the patio many times. He also has a next-gen level media entertainment which we enjoyed. Thanks for letting us stay at your super amazing place David. Would love to visit again.

My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

The views are phenomenal, the property is an attraction in and of itself. Some of the best views we have ever seen. We were floored when we arrived at the property; the pictures do not do this place enough justice. You are essentially on top of a private mountain with full 360 views of the mountain ranges, valleys, fjords, rivers etc. We love interacting with the sheep and learning more about the farm. Our hosts were so nice and welcoming. There were so many amenities provided at the property. In the evening you can see the entire Milky Way, and take an outdoor bath with views of the sunrise over the mountains. If you want a secluded piece of paradise this is the place. We cannot wait to come back.

Best Airbnb either of us have ever stayed in, in our extensive travels. We are still in disbelief of this home. If you have the chance to stay, do it. We had hesitated to book because there’s so much to do along the South Island, but now we know that this home is worth making the special visit. We will not be forgetting the serenity and beauty of Fallow Ridge: the uninterrupted panoramic view of sheep-dotted mountainside, the warm bath overlooking the sunset, the beautiful fog rolling in and out around the house. We walked along the road and down to the river and never actually went back down into town in our two nights because the property was just too awesome to leave; we recommend you arrive with some groceries as we did, in case you feel the same! The thoughtful details from our hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were glad to meet David out on a walk and we regret to have not met Sarah, who we wish to also sincerely thank for such a lovely stay!

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

Garry and Liz’s cabin was a delight to stay in! We were there for only a night but we were able to make use of the e-bikes that were already charged and the fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine!), and were fortunate to see the beautiful night sky. Thank you so much, Garry and Liz!

My stay at the carriage was absolutely incredible ! It was the perfect place to reset and relax. The accommodation was cozy and extraordinary. Every time I felt welcome. The perfect little paradise at almost the end of my travels. The hosts were simply wonderful and if I would have the chance to be in queenstown again I’d love to stay there another time.
