Nice house in Albert Town, suitable for families. We stayed over winter and during a particular cold week, but house was warm enough with all heaters and fire going. Short walk to cafe/shops and easy access to Clutha River walk. Well equipped house with good wifi, although no smart TV. Jane was fantastic to deal with.

We had the best family getaway at Bie’s place, the house felt so homely and it was immaculately clean and spacious. We loved all the extras available for our children - they loved the fire pit to cook marshmallows, the ground level tramp, the slide, cubby house and just having a large flat section to run around on. The weather was amazing in Hawea and we found plenty to do, including the pump track for the bikes which was close by. We loved it and we hope to be coming back next summer! Thank you!

Wir haben spontan eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Te Anau gesucht und diese wundervolle Unterkunft gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit Caro sehr gut. Betten super bequem und die Gegend ist absolut ruhig. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und man kann wunderschöne Ausflüge in der Gegend machen. Wenn man einfach mal ausspannen möchte dann kann man das auf der tollen Terasse oder vor dem warmen Kamin. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir den Aufenthalt zweimal verlängert haben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen würden wir ohne zu zögern nochmal bei Caro buchen.

The house is very attractive and easy walking distance from the waterfront and shopping. The downside is that it is on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise, but it was made worse by a road closure so that may not be everyone's experience. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. her area recommendations were thorough and we used a few of them while we were here.

I highly recommend Judy's place. It was perfectly located for our Twizel explorations. The space is large and comfortable. The kitchen has great cookware, everything we needed for cooking.

Natalie's place was perfect for our little getaway. Clean, spacious for a one-bedroom apartment and well-located, it made our first time visiting Wanaka a memorable one!

As check in is such that the host meets you to let you in, Mary had requested an arrival time so she or her son could meet us. We advised a time, however after 15 mins of waiting I called Mary to advise we were there, to be told she was unable to meet us as she had no vehicle. Mary gave us the code to let ourselves in, but I would have expected a call or msg to advise us of the delay with instruvtions to get in rather than waiting and having to chase. I was dissappointed that after making our initial booking with photos showing the second bedroom as a double with the king split into singles, we were advised we would be required to pay a further $50 to have the beds split. This should be clearly disclosed in the initial booking. Other than that, the booking went smoothly, the apartment was spacious & had beautiful views. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better with the range on the stovetop being full of fat & couch very stained. Overall a good experience.

Jane's accommodation is top notch! Located in a quiet area, it had all the comforts you needed for your stay. Jane is very attentive to the people who use her accommodation. Very good communication. This is the place for our future trip to Dunedin. Highly recommended.

Wonderful space for a large group! Excellent view and very accessible by foot to town and all of the hiking we wanted to do!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place to stay with a baby as toys, portacot and highchair were all provided. It was super convenient to town. A bit of a walk back up the hill but was good exercise and totally doable even with our baby in the front pack. Gas fireplace, heat pump and heaters in the bedroom kept up cosy and warm.

A wonderful place, sadly we only stayed one night. The place was so well organised and immaculate. The best Airbnb we have stayed at.

Nice place nice host

The moment I entered I knew I had made a nice choice of a flat for 4 days in Dunedin. I am travelling 4 months, so value the ability to wash my laundry and do my own cooking. There are two large supermarkets a short walk away and I continued enjoying New Zealand clams and green-lipped mussels! It was nice to have a 2-piece washroom (bathroom) on the lower level in addition to the full 3-piece washroom upstairs! I didn't have a car, but the opportunity to have the spot in the car park in the building with access right to the lobby is fantastic. When you have a question, Jenny gets right back to you. Thank you to Jenny for an early check-in to match up with my bus arrival. Top notch! 👍
