My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Sabine’s place is just fantastic! It’s super convenient to get to everything. Nice Littleton downtown close by and also local restaurants. Grocery store is also super close. Sabine has great recommendations. Her place was stocked with everything and we were easily able to make our meals. Everything was clean and nice!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The place is so unique and fun to hang out for our large group! We had 15 girls but never felt like we were on top of each other. There is also so much to do at the house itself with the speakeasy and fun game room!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at Lynette and Tim’s place. It’s centralized in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I spent a wonderful weekend with my husband and daughter, enjoying all the amenities of home. I hope to stay here again.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Sean's place was lovely and offered an exceptionally welcoming and accommodating atmosphere! Its convenient location near major highways made it easy to explore nature, scenic areas, the city, restaurants, and shops, with proximity to DIA. Sean was communicative and responded promptly; his home is highly recommended when visiting beautiful Colorado. We're thankful for such a comfortable and hospitable stay!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Summer is super nice and responsive. She keeps the house spotless and well-furnished. Perfect for larger groups/families.

Peter's place in Wheat Ridge was great. It was clean and nicely decorated with everything in the kitchen labeled, so easy to find. Our son and DIL and their 2 babies were able to have the entire lower level to themselves, which provided all of us privacy. It's close to Tennyson, which is a fun street to walk with great restaurants and shops. Clancy's Irish Bar is walking distance around the corner. We were in town for. a family celebration and Wheat Ridge was the perfect location for family in Lakewood and Edgewater.

We loved our stay in Robs home. The space was neat, modern, and clean. Many creature comforts that make life easier were readily available. Thanks Rob!

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

Nice property. Great for our stay and a lovely place to rest up after a long drive. Our dogs really appreciated the great yard. The house was very comfortable, well-stocked and extremely clean. We would definitely book again if we are passing through the area.

The house is so close to Old Town Arvada but in a nice residential neighborhood. Sarah was friendly and helpful. The house is really beautiful and comfortable-- and had toys and amenities for kids as well. It was a great place to stay while visiting family in Arvada.

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the view out the back of the house onto the gulch and trails. It was a perfect get-away!
