There were three generations staying in this lovely cottage. Everybody had a spacious room. The cottage was very well equipped with spare pillows, blankets, kitchen appliances (incl microwave) and extra condiments, coffee of all kinds etc. I walked every morning in the area, very peaceful and lots of flowers in the gardens. Great park just 2 blocks away. 10 min walk to the main street with shops and cafes. 10 min by car to CBD and really EASY drive via HWY... It is a central location for travelling further out of Hobart. There was a collection of books and enormous collection of DVDs. We had a great time and I would stay there again.

A quaint mix of old and new, a very easy place to stay. Good access to Mount Field National Park. Spacious and well provided home. The fireplace was a real winner! Along with the electric blanket that I as a Brisbane resident was grateful for. My 78 yo father appreciated reminders of his childhood 1950s home :)

Had a great 3-night stay. Everything you need and a perfect spot to explore Queenstown and the west coast.

This is the perfect base from which to explore Hobart. Easy walk to the CBD, and very convenient to the shops and restaurants in Sandy Bay. Great location! Chris and Libby were wonderful hosts - great communication and very responsive. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the coach house. The location was better than expected with a beautiful park and old surroundings and the historic house was fascinating. Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our large family and was very friendly. We will hopefully be coming back soon.

A lovely place to stay, close to city and big enough for a family stay. The whole house was clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice cozy house. Cozy and comfortable. Only caveat is that there only 1 toilet/shower, which was a bit inconvenient. But other that, very pleasant stay.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Boat Harbor Beach is the perfect location for a quiet getaway and Andrea and Brian's house is perfectly located, only a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The house is modern, spotlessly clean and so welcoming. Andrea & Brian are perfect hosts. We will defenitely stay again.

We were so lucky to fine such a beautiful house that 3 double bedrooms that was within walking distance to Constitutional Dock. The house was beautifully presented. Bec was available to answer my silly questions.

A very comfortable place in a great location. The home had all the essential supplies. We used a nearby laundromat for washing clothes. Place is walkable to Cataract Gorge & other beautiful green spaces. Judy was friendly & proactive in her communication. Would happily recommend to others and stay again.

My only regret is staying just one night! What a comfortable, clean, modern space. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The air conditioning worked very well in our very minor heat wave. Julian was clear with instructions on parking and accessing the building which I really appreciated. We will for sure be back.

Accomodation was perfect, clean, exactly as described and pictured. Apartment had everything required to make our stay memorable. Loved the private little outdoor courtyard area. Julie was very responsive to all our queries. She went over and above with beautiful snacks, bread, milk, juice, homemade biscuits and more! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, outdoor balcony with gorgeous views. The perfect place to stay!

Review for our Airbnb in Hobart, Tasmania We stayed here for three nights as a group of five adults and one baby, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and gave us plenty of room, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and a beautiful terrace where we could all relax together. It was the ideal setup for a group stay in Hobart—comfortable, practical, and with everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely book it again for our next trip to Tasmania!

We absolutely LOVED this house for our family trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart. The kids loved the trampoline and ping pong table. Adults loved the beautiful kitchen and porch. I loved drinking tea sitting in the bay window and looking out over the river each morning. The house and grounds were immaculate. Easy access to downtown, but so glad we stayed out of the traffic.

3...2...1...RELAX. Oh, this place! We enjoyed a three-week stay while our home was being renovated. Let's start with the location. It's easy to find, quiet, peaceful, and literally five minutes from anywhere. Close to all amenities you need, although once you get there, you really won't want to leave. Don't waste your time with the supermarket; just get the necessities delivered so you can enjoy every second. Driving into the property takes you somewhere else. With beautiful gardens and a charming egg chair hanging in a tree, you just want to grab a book and stay there. The home is exactly as the photos present and more—beautifully presented, clean, and just a home. It invites you to enjoy your time. The surroundings really steal the show. There's an amazing pool overlooking the bay at the rear of the property. It's perfect for wandering and discovering all the different flowers and plants. Walk further out of the property to a beautiful walking track. Sit back, listen to the water,

The house suited our purpose perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable with a great fireplace that we could all sit around at the end of a day of mountainbiking. I would highly recommend it

Wonderful stay, the property and grounds are amazing!! Hosts were super responsive and so helpful with my questions. They even helped connect us to some local services (ie babysitter and taxi). The industrial / farmhouse design was lovely. We were two couples with two small bubs. The only thing I’d call out for anyone travelling with children is the two ensuites open out to the rooms so hard to use the bathroom once your little one goes to sleep. Also need to bring blockout blinds as the en-suite windows don’t have blinds.
