We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We booked Nikki’s apartment last minute after we arrived in Penang and had an issue with our existing Airbnb booking. We couldn’t be more grateful for her help and when we arrived her apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable and loads of space for our family of 4 plus some snacks to get us started. The pool on site is great and there are great restaurants and a grocery store in the complex which we found really useful. We were worried about not being in the heart of George Town but for us having a quiet spot to retreat to was ideal with a young family and cabs were an easy option for getting around. There was a real sense of community amongst the people we met in the area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to those wanting to enjoy the delights of Penang.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

I really really enjoyed my stay even for a few hours 🥰 Host: Sunny was truly so kind for letting me book a place for a few hours rest. I arrived early morning from my flight and needed a place to crash until my next flight in the evening. He was so accommodating and understanding. Sunny also recommended a few places nearby for food 😍 they were good! Place: The unit was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, neat and tidy. And the BED. Omg the bed and the pillows… I almost missed my flight cuz I was so comfy. I'm not even kidding. And the little things? Like the soap and shampoo actually smelled amazing and didn't feel like that weird, cheap hotel stuff. Plus, he even had conditioner! I cannot live without them cuz my hair would go frizzy. I know this may not seem like a big deal to some but he even had good quality toilet paper 😍 Honestly, it was all just perfect. I can't wait to come back and actually stay longer next time. Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La piscine est grande et magnifique. L’épicerie est à quelques pas du logement alors c’est très pratique. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. L’environnement est calme et sécuritaire. Nous recommandons! 😊

Our stay was fantastic, as the apartment has everything you need, plus a wonderful view and a pool for the kids. The host is extremely attentive and highly recommended. We'll be back and are already looking forward to it. Thank you for the wonderful stay and the friendly service.

My family and I were so happy and enjoy to stay here. Clean, spacious and confortable place to have holiday break. Only the water pressure at shower room can be improved. Water pressure too low. Otherwise, it is perfect..

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Evoke Residences. The condominium offers a perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints
