Отличная небольшая квартира, есть все необходимое и 2 рабочих места. Единственный минус - кондиционер только в спальне. Посуды достаточно для готовки. В комнате было чисто и убирались достаточно хорошо и вовремя. Классно что на крыше джакузи. Также понравился сам дом, везде очень зелено и красиво)) рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым, овощная лавка, на первом этаже вкусное кафе где можно позавтракать) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и решала все проблемы если они возникали очень быстро, спасибо❤️

pacious apartment just a 10-minute, $2-3 taxi ride from My An. Conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. While My An, the most popular area, is a bit farther, it's easily accessible. The WiFi is reliable, making it a great spot for both work and cooking.

I traveled in Indochina before and this place was beyond my expectations. It was convenient, fully equipped (kitchen, fridge, washing machine, tv) and clean apartments, that can protect you from noise and hot weather (aircon and double-glazed windows) and with a nice bed. It's not very close to the beach, but it in this case It seems to be a plus, because streets near the beach are very noisy construction yards. I lived here with my wife more then 1 month (worked remotely) and didn't tired from this apartments. As for me it was very good option for a long stay in Da Nang. Defenetelly recommend!

Ich habe fast 6 Wochen in Hahnie's Apartment im Gold Coast Nord Gebäude gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus der 34. Etage aufs Meer ist grandios. Auf dem Balkon hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf einem Logenplatz über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. TV und WiFi haben tadellos funktioniert. In der Küche lassen sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sogar die wichtigsten Gewürze und Tees standen bereit. Im 3. und 4. Stock des Südgebäudes befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Da es vom Nordgebäude aus keinen direkten Zugang zu dem Supermarkt gibt, hat Hahnie dafür gesorgt, dass mir die schweren 20 Liter Wasserflaschen regelmäßig geliefert wurden. Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, nicht direkt im trubeligen Zentrum, aber man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ich kann das Apartment auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

This apartment is in the thick of things in Quy Nhon without being overwhelmed by the action. Easy to get to things and food and very secure, spacious and appointed

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

Very peaceful place with a nice view, it’s a bit far from old town but you have bike if you want.

Borei’s place is located fantastic , close to the most must to be seen places in Phnom Penh. The hot tub is advertised but not functional. If you have luggage be prepared for climbing 4th floors ... Do-able but hard work. Overall we had a great time and made many memories ! Thank you Borei for that ! Best wishes, Elena & Philip

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. It is located in a quiet area and most things are in walking distance on both sides of the river. Check in is easy as they meet you and show you how everything works. The apartment is a great size and furnished with high quality furniture. We stayed for almost a month and have booked again for next year. It is that good. The host was amazing every time we had a slight problem it was sorted straight away, which you do not get with all hosts! I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Danang.

We loved our stay in Thuy’s apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed, the pool was great and it was such a nice and quiet area.

Ich war zwei Wochen dort wirklich sehr zufrieden! Mein Appartment war sehr hell, ich habe nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, keine Baustelle oder so daneben und das WLAN gut genug, um Videocalls zu machen. Unten gibt es noch ein kleines Café, aus dem ich öfter gearbeitet habe. Das gesamte Personal ist super lieb und hilft sofort weiter. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

위치와 가성비가 좋습니다 밤비행기 출국자 0.5박으로 좋아요👍🏻 짐놓고 미케비치 근방에서 놀다가 쇼핑짐정리 하고 씻고 공항가기 좋다고 생각 합니다 소음에 민감하신 분들은 ㅈㅓㄹㄷrl로 비추천 대로변 외창 입니다

숙소는 맘에들었어요 다를 후기에개미가나온다는 후기가있었는데요 볼펜으로 종이에 점을 찍으면생기는 그 점만한 개미들이 있긴했는데요 딱히 불편한점은 없었어요 다만 차도 옆에 있다보니 소음은 조금 있어요 하지만 나머지것들이 좋아서 다음에 또방문 의사 있습니다 ^^

Great place to stay, amenities were provided as described. Room was spacious for our 11-month old baby to play around, and the place was clean Hong Always made sure we had the option to have the room cleaned up and towels replaced daily. It was a great service and we would definitely love to stay here again

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was perfect, we had great sleep in it every single night. The hosts are really sweet and kept checking on us, very responsive as well. The cleaning happened everyday and we had a very very nice stay overall. Would love to come back.

Amazing luxury studio. Very nice location, close by the beach and very new building! Host was very friendly and helpfull, I highly recommend this place.
