The place to be near Ninh Binh. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Très bien situé pour être en dehors du bruit de Ninh Binh et profiter du calme de la campagne vietnamienne. Le site est magnifique, la vue sur le lac et la piscine de la Guesthouse est superbe. La nourriture servie est excellente. Le confort de notre chambre familiale et l'aide du manager de la guesthouse ainsi que ses conseils nous ont réjouit.

The room was perfect and very spacious. Exactly like the pictures with a great balcony. The place is in a very good location in walking distance of all main attractions but far enough to feel some peace and the local vibe. The owner Lien was very nice and helpful and speaks a very good english. It was easy to communicate with her and she really made us appreciate the city even more. She drove us around and she gave us great recommendations for local food. We really enjoyed our stay. Best homestay we had in Vietnam.

It is an excellent place, for a holiday, excellent location, delicious breakfast. the best attention from Dinh, her husband and family. I felt great during my seven-day stay. highly recommended. They have a very traditional coffee and the classic Vietnamese style. When I arrived I found in the room: bottles of water a bottle of wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee. They changed towels every day. If I go back to Hoi An I would stay there again. Thank you for everything Dinh

オシャレ、静か、キレイ、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。インターネットは居室内だと弱く、ノマドの私は時々困りましたが、バルコニーやフロント、近所のオシャレなカフェやコワーキングスペースに行けば問題ありません！オールドタウンまで無料のレンタル自転車15分〜20分で着きます。Hightly recommend to stay here.

We had wonderful time here. The family was very friendly and kind, helping us out arrange a driver to get around. We were also invited to a delicious dinner the first night. They responded quickly to the messages I sent via the app. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable It was easy to walk to the citadel - it takes around 20 minutes. There are also lots of restaurants a few minutes away. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Saveun, c’est un hôte très accueillant, comme toute sa famille, qui prend plaisirs à vous faire découvrir son village, la nourriture et la culture locale. La cuisine fait maison était délicieuse, il nous a également emmené en tuk tuk plusieurs jours pour découvrir les temples, il est toujours de bon conseil pour découvrir siem reap et les environs. Nous le remercions encore pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Very responsive to needs. Love how breakfast is included. Very close to the main action but without any late night noise to keep you up. Good fast laundry facilities. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We stayed two nights with Hung. Mr Son at the front desk was very helpful in helping us book the right park tour during our visit, had a motorbike ready for us to drive to town for dinner and also helped us book a car to our next destination. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was served on the table under our little house every morning. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Phong Nha.

Das Zimmer war gut. Kein Luxus aber alles da was man braucht und super gelegen. Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir die Gegend weiträumig erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

The stay at peach house was beautiful! Not only was it located five minutes away from the amazing beach but the house owner was also very very nice. The breakfast was very good and she did go out of her way to make us feel good. Once I was late for breakfast and she still cooked me eggs. I also forgot my passport and she directly contacted me and sent it to my next destination without any problems. I would always come back there again! Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!!! Can 100% recommend!

The staff were wonderful. The following morning Son took the time to show mw how to make a Vietnamese ca fe. 방이 엄청나게 예쁘고 편안한 분위기입니다. 온수 조절이 잘 안되서 온수가 콸콸 나오다가 멈추니 욕조에 미리 물을 받아두리는 걸 추천드려요! 새벽에 잠이 안와서 1층 식탁에서 사진 보정하는데 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 아침도 주십니다! 빵에 고기스튜에 향채!

Probably one of the best places to stay in Da Lat. Not far from main areas. The room is clean and spacious, with amazing balcony view. The best part are the garden, and the 4 dogs of course. The Italian restaurant is definitely top notch with excellent food and wine. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Situé au cœur du village de Ban Lac, l'hébergement est parfait pour visiter Mai Chau et les environs. (Ban Lac, Van Lac, etc). Les vélos gratuits nous ont été très utile pour nous déplacer rapidement dans les villages et pour faire facilement les distances plus longues. Les suggestions de l'hôte étaient excellentes, tant pour les lieux à visiter que pour les endroits où manger. Le petit-déjeuner, qui était inclus, était délicieux et parfait pour nous soutenir tout au long de l'avant-midi. La chambre était très propre et contenait tout ce qui était annoncé. La climatisation était très performante ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit très reposante malgré la chaleur accablante de l'extérieur. Finalement, l'hôte en lui-même est une personne fascinante. Toujours prêt à aider et très avenant. Merci pour tout.

Dung was so beautiful and friendly! Went out of her way to give me tips and restaurants to try. Her place was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! A very good central location to the beach and ancient quarter. Plus free bikes are available which was super handy! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An

If you are looking for a place that connects you to your roots, a place to humble your mind and soul, then you may choose this place! A place to keep your body moving in the morning, to get yourself a routine. A place where human simplicity and your own natural roots can find themselves. To think and feel a little bit outside of the box. It is what you make of it, you can either make this your own yoga, digital detox, full monk mode. Or you can still have internet in the Café, get some meetings done, and use a scooter for some travelling and experiencing. If it is the balance that you seek yourself; this place offers it.

We cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely stunning, clean, beautiful and felt so much at home. We arrived and were greeted so warmly. We were hosted so well that it our stay felt so much more comfortable. A very very big thanks to Mimi who helped us immensely, was super friendly and even got breakfast to our room. The room was amazing, clean, airy and it just made our trip to Vietnam so much better. We could also rent bicycle for free which was an added bonus
