더 코스타 써있는 입구로 쭉 걸어 들어와서 제일 안쪽에 있는 숙소입니다. 에어비앤비 주소 복사해서 넣으면 구글맵에 이상하게 뜨는데 더 코스타 아파트먼트 냐짱 The Costa Apartments Nha Trang 이라고 검색하시면 됩니다. 체크인할때는 호스트님에게 메시지를 드리면 1층으로 내려와주시고, 키 2개 주고 설명해주십니다. 숙소 거실이 넓고 더블베드2개, 화장실(샤워실포함)2개 있었습니다. 세탁기 있고, 세제는 챙겨가셔야 합니다. 옷걸이는 많이 있고, 바깥에 널어두니까 햇빛이 세서 잘 마릅니다. 수건은 3박 묵는데 처음에 1인당 2개씩만 비치되어 있었고, 메시지로 요청드리니까 하루에 1인 2개씩 더 챙겨주셨습니다. 드라이기는 1개 있고, 바람 세기가 조금 약해서 머리 긴분들은 따로 챙겨가시는 걸 추천드립니다. 콘센트는 한국꺼 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 수영장과 휘트니스는 2층에 있고, 온수는 아닙니다. 해 떠있는 낮에 수영하기 좋습니다. 전반적으로 맘에 들었는데, 번역 때문인지 소통에 문제가 있었습니다. 레이트 체크인이 되는 줄 알았는데 방이 예약되어 있어서 급하게 짐을 뺐습니다. 다행히 호스트님이 같은 숙소 다른층 작은 방으로 옮겨주셨습니다. 당황스러웠긴 했지만 호스트님 자체는 착하신 분입니다.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5

Great location! Lots of local restaurants nearby, and it's an easy walk to the beach. Plus, it's right next to Cho Dam market, the biggest and most famous market in Nha Trang. The building is Airbnb-friendly. The guards are super helpful and will help you with your luggage. There's also a receptionist who can answer questions. Just remember, the apartment isn't managed by the building staff, so you'll need to contact the host for anything else. Also, the pool costs extra (50,000 VND). It's clean, but not heated. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has an amazing view of the beach and part of the city. Check-in was a breeze – we were able to self check-in in just a few minutes. Linh, the host, is really responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I'm really happy with my stay and definitely recommend this place and host!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Gin was very friendly and responsive. The beach was at a walkable distance. All in all it was great stay.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Отличная студия, светлая, просторная, все как на фото. Есть все необходимое, посуда, санитарные принадлежности, даже стиральный порошок; удобный матрас, новое постельное белье и полотенца. Четкие инструкции от хозяина, заселили раньше времени. Из минусов - посуду пришлось перемывать, душевая стойка была в чем то липком, шумный кондиционер. И район очень специфический, скорее подходит для постоянного проживания, чем для короткой остановки, так как в шаговой доступности нет ни нормальных магазинов, ни кафе, ни развлечений. Пляж тоже так себе, желания купаться там не возникло Сам жилой комплекс относительно новый, мало заселен, соседей не слышно . НО под окнами школа, и с 14 до 17 дети орут непрерывно, и на 28 этаже слышно очень хорошо, плюс какой то громкоговоритель работает. В целом, само жилье отличное, и если вас не смущают шумные дети и у вас есть байк или вы неприхотливы к инфраструктуре - это хороший вариант

Das Appartement von Thu war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Klein, funktional und sauber. Ausreichend für 4 Personen, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Thu war sehr hilfreich und hat uns nett und freundlich empfangen. Da wir mit dem Wetter Pech hatte, war die kurze Distanz zur neuen Aeon Mall ein Segen. Dort lässt sich die Zeit gut vertreiben. Aber auch der Weg in die Altstadt von Hue ist in 5-10 Minuten geschafft. Die Hausregeln sollte man in der Anzeige ruhig nochmal erwähnen, da uns diese doch ein wenig streng vorkamen. Das Einhalten dieser ist aber für niemanden ein Problem.

The location is convenient, close to the beach, but it doesn't feel crowded with people or tourists. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat. The center is accessible by bus. We lived on the 33rd floor, so the noise from outside didn't bother us much. If you close the balcony, you can't hear anything at all. The view was stunning The apartment itself was good, there's a place to cook, and there's a desk. The photos in the listing are likely of different rooms, but our furniture was similar to those shown in the listing On the downside, there were small ants. They're not too bothersome, but still, it's not very pleasant. And we had to buy various household chemicals since there was none of that in the apartment

Quality-price ratio one of the best in Phnom Penh. Big pool area that was really quiet mornings and afternoons. Owner was friendly and answers in minutes

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Mieszkanie jest dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Czyste, komfortowe i bardzo wygodne. Czuliśmy się tam wspaniale : ) Zdecydowanie polecam na krótszy, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Okolica jest spokojna, a w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy, restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo blisko jest też nad morze i do promenady wzdłuż plaży. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocny, zawsze odpowiada i robił wszystko, żebyśmy dobrze się czuli w jego mieszkaniu. Z chęcią tutaj wrócimy : )

Huy is a great host and very accommodating. He is very quick to action your request to make your stay here even better. The place is nice and we also enjoyed the pool on warm days. The Danang beach is only a 5 min walk. There are restaurants, massage, hair salons, mini marts and markets all within walking distance to here. If you love to walk and explore it’s amazing how many great restaurants there are. We loved this place and extended till the end of our trip. Totally would recommend!!

Munyrith is an amazing host, he is so pro active, sometimes he was up at 4 Am to respond for any query I had. The apartment is much better than the photos, all amenities and huge television ❤️. We had the best time

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay with my family. Ly at the front was friendly and helpful. The bikes were an added bonus as we took them out for a two days of riding. For our family of 3 adults and 2 children, it did feel a bit tight but totally manageable! On a quiet street, 10 mins walk from the main busy area.

Great location, amazing host! Quiet and clean but also walkable to the old town. Property was as mentioned and host were greatly helpful too. Free cycles to go around is a plus! Would be happy to stay here again.

Vananh's apartment was very well located. Just a few mins away from the beach and 2 of shopping mall and market. I had a great time staying in this apartment.
