A group of 6 adults + 1 child enjoyed this place throughout our stay there for 4 nights. Its very spacious for the number of pax we have. Dinning table was large enough to accommodate all of us. We have 2 birthdays celebrations this trip and the host was kind and thoughtful enough to decorate the dining area and gave us 2 surprises for each of us. Thank you host for the hospitality! Airport transfer was provided and as we have 3 different groups arriving on the same day at different timings, checking in was a breeze for all 3 groups. House is clean and we appreciate the daily housekeeping and laundry services. Amenities was great as the house has both swimming pool and pool table! The only child in this trip was thoroughly entertained wiyh the pool table that she hardly watch any TV! Its a stone throw to the beach and seafood restaurants yet at a quieter corner of the street. There is a minimart down a street, good massage parlor across and a few coffee place around.

Recommend for big group + location + host very responsive and helpful + drinking water tap very good + plenty of towels for bath and swim - bath water pressure not strong enough

Pho was an extremely friendly and responsive host who answered all our queries and provided clear instructions on how to get to the place. The place itself was as described and shown in the pictures, not much else to say really except that for those who have weak knees or can't climb much might to be careful as the place is down a fairly steep slope (about a 30-40° incline). Other than that, the place was very clean and had a homely vibe, basic amenities were all provided and there's even a water station at the nearby cafe to refill your water bottle if needed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice peaceful stay away from the city centre and a little off the beaten track.

Lovely place to stay, short walk from the market and beach. Hahnie was very responsive and helpful and encouraged us to play piano and guitar! Would stay here again:)

We had a great time in Hoi An ! The villa is perfect: the space is amazing, well decorated, fully furnished and very well situated. Xuan was lovely, reactiv and very helpful.

We have been to Hoi An many times over the years and Hieu’s place was one of the best we stayed at. It’s off the main road bit still only a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. Hieu was a great and friendly host who will explain everything around the house. We would definitely come back.

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Il complesso è fantastico, ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi una splendida villa con piscina privata immersi nel silenzio e relax. Ringrazio Tramy per essere sempre stata molto disponibile, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della settimana. Mi porterò nel cuore un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto fantastico.

Suchawadee was incredibly generous and always eager to assist, even before my arrival. She was easily reachable, and her quick responses to texts and calls were remarkable. The place was truly wonderful and aligned perfectly with the description. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone visiting Ubon.

Had a great stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very zen inside. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and kind. Only minor thing to note was the karaoke bar nearby was loud - but that was all finished by around 10pm. Highly recommend this place! Super central. Would definitely stay here again!

Khuong was a fantastic host. the place was a 15 minute stroll away from the town but the place had bicycles that we used everyday! Nguyen was there to greet us and gave us pointers on where to go for food and shopping. she also made us fresh passionate juice. the breakfast they provided was delicious. they offered to change linen and towels everyday as well. the pool was kept in good condition and was a nice addition where we could just chill for a few hours.

Hele familien hjalp til for at oppholdet skulle bli bra. Familien på andre sida gata gjorde rent og serverte mat. Vi hadde kontakt på engelsk på Messanger med et annet familiemedlem som var behjelpelig med å skaffe skredder, taxi, utflukter, sightseeing, taxi osv. Han fikset alt i løpet av noen minutter. Villaen, som er stor, ligger perfekt mellom gamlebyen i Hoi An og stranda. Vi tok taxi inn til byen og syklet til stranda.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Ev çok güzeldi. Odalar çok güzeldi. İlgi alaka çok iyiydi. Biza transfer ve tur ayarlamaları konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Sevmediğimiz tek bir şey vardı o da ortak alanlardaki kamera. Sürekli gözetlenme hissi hoş değil. Umarım bunu düzeltirler ve sadece girişte bir güvenlik kamerası yeterli diye düşünüyorum. Ama güvenliği de çok dert ettiklerini sanmıyorum çünkü kapılar hep açık. Kilitlenmiyor. Kapı kilitlemeye gerek duymuyorsabız kameralara ne gerek var?? Bence kapıyı kilitleyin kameraları kaldırın. Ama herşeye rağmen 5 yıldız veriyorum.

Прекрасный большой дом нас приятно удивил. Жилье соответствовало фото, но по ощущениям дом был даже больше. Ремонт новый и свежий, всё было чисто. Vy была внимательна, дружелюбна, быстро отвечала на сообщения (даже оперативно привезла новую плитку на кухню, когда она у нас сломалась). В ванной было много принадлежностей, всё было расставлено очень внимательно. Белье и полотенца были свежими. Было очень приятно получить от Vy в качестве подарка на Новый Год вин. Также при заселении Vy предложила фрукты и воду. Vy, спасибо большое за заботу и то, что были на связи! Жилье нам очень понравилось!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh, the guesthouse is also away from the more touristy areas which makes it extra enjoyable. The breakfast is also delicious and has great vegetarian options too :)

Очень классная вилла. Всё очень чисто, аккуратно. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Никакого шума не было, спокойно и тихо. Бассейн отличный, чистая вода и комфортная температура. Хозяин очень внимательный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный всегда на связи, поможет и подскажет что нужно. Когда мы приехали нам заранее разогрели угли для барбекю. Очень приятно было получить на день рождения торт, я не говорила про день рождения, хозяин сам заметил в паспортах. Это было очень мило, торт супер вкусный) С большим удовольствием приедем ещё!

The best stay, beautiful garden and bungalow, so peaceful, a real paradise in the city. Not to mention the friendliest host, with whom we shared a beautiful movie night. I definitely recommend this place, we will come back for sure!

Đại gia đình của mình rất thích căn homestay của cô Thảo. Nhà rất xinh, ấm cúng, view nhìn thung lũng buổi sáng siêu đẹp. Homestay đầy cây lá hoa quả, rất đúng phong cách Đà Lạt. Host cũng cho mình checkin sớm 1 chút và checkout trễ 1 chút so với giờ quy định, rất thoải mái. Nếu cả nhà có dịp quay lại Đà Lạt, mình sẽ book lại homestay này. Cảm ơn nhé ạ :)

responsive host. nice and cozy house with great views. I love the cat and dogs. Unfortunately couldn't stay longer. Will come again
