The description of the apartment was correct and corresponded to images on Airbnb. Christophe’s place was spotless and comfortable! Close enough to Alona beach for easy access via tricycle but far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful. Responsive, respectful host, who willingly provided useful information regarding the area and beyond (restaurants, supermarkets, and the like). Real good value for the money, especially for a month’s stay; The pool was also clean. Internet connection was good as well.

This is my second stay, and this is my favorite suite in Newtwon.

Anton is the best host we’ve ever had! He was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for our stay. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to explore, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. Anton’s attention to detail and his genuine care for his guests made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here – Anton is not just a great host, but also a wonderful person!

We stayed in both of Lars' BNBs and we truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of their staff, Kuya Ronald. They have provided ample things you will need during your stay, and so much more—including Kuya Ronald driving us around in this tricycle and recommending places to visit. We really loved the place.

初めてAirbnbを利用させてもらって上手く利用できるか不安でしたがとても素敵な時間になりました。 ▪️遅めの便だったのでセルフチェックインはすごく助かりました。 ▪️お部屋は綺麗に整頓されていてゴミ捨ても自由にできたので綺麗が保てた ▪️家族5人(11,8,5歳子ども含む)で過ごせるようにリビング側もソファーベッドを用意してくれていた。 ▪️プールも受付にいうだけで簡単に利用できました。 ▪️周辺は近代化されている地域のようでセブ島の中ではいわゆる都会なのかな？と思います。セブンイレブンもあるしレストラン、コインランドリー、タピオカ、ドーナツ、薬局物に困ることはなく当たりでした。 そして何より管理者の方がとても親切、親身になって接してくれました。 ▪️連絡を取ると必ずすぐ返信をくれる ▪️何か困ってないか、出来ることはないかときづかってくれる とても優しく安心できる管理者の方でした。 ▪️空港からの道順がタクシーの運転手に上手く伝わらなかった時 ▪️停電になってしまいすぐ復旧後もまだ使えない部分があると言ったらすぐに技師を呼んでくれました。 (これは私が無知なだけで騒いでしまっただけですが､､､) こんなハプニングも旅はつきもの。 ホテルとは違う滞在を選択するのに人とのコミュニティケーションは大切だと思います。今回は大当たりでした。 また機会があればよろしくお願いします。ありがとうございました。

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

If your new to the area and looking for a place that is safe and has good access to the beach, prince hyper market, restaurants, fitness gyms or church, this location is great! Can walk most places in 5 to 10 minutes. The host is great, very friendly and will assist you to help make your stay accommodating. The house is very clean and organized and the area isn't loud. Not many barking dogs or roosters!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends and family. The place was spotless, and the locals were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed a hand. Their kindness really touched us. Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience! I absolutely love this place!

We loved staying at Almira’s guesthouse. The pool was wonderful for our daughter, and Almira and Lita were very attentive. The decor needs a bit of an upgrade but if you don’t mind that kind of thing then I think you’ll do just fine. They also did our laundry at a regional price which I really appreciated. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in such a spacious and peaceful environment. Robert’s house has beautiful sunset views and the garden is absolutely stunning. His family are next door to help, which we greatly appreciated as they let us check in early and helped us to organise scooters. They also gave us a delicious papaya on our final night which was lovely.

I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! Can’t wait to come back to this place , Very highly recommended! Thank you so much Evangeline for your perfect house and Staff, keep up the good work ! Love you guys 💕

The experience at Reef Side was extraordinary. Having a reef right in front of the house to snorkel and dive was amazing. The on-site team headed by Beth were friendly, helpful, knowledgable, fun and extremely responsive. Having our home base at Reef Side was the smartest decision we could have made. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

Ma'am Hanna and Miss Joanne are very very accommodating. Check in and Checkout time is flexible. The unit is super clean and smells so good!! We have everything we needed there! The host is super responsive too!!❤️❤️❤️

My family loved the place. It was a peaceful and restful experience after a long international flight. We needed a good place to just relax and regain our strength from a strenuous flights. The property was perfectly kept and we felt welcomed. The clogged shower room was immediately fixed even if I just texted them through the airbnb app. This did not ruin our stay as we felt that they were very much concerned with our complaint. I appreciate that we have a free parking space for our vehicle. I recommend this place 200%.

A great place to stay within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping. The beach is near and there is always local transportation right in front of the complex. Swimming pool is always clean and the grounds are well maintained. It is really nice that the unit has a full kitchen and is exceptionally clean. Steve and Cherrie are excellent hosts and very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jan's place. Nice apartment exactly as described and good location in Lapu Lapu close to many nice cafes, restaurants and amenities. We especially enjoyed going to the Mactan Newton beach area close by. Jan is a good host and was very helpful throughout.
