House was absolutely incredible. Very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Lots of different spaces to hang out. Lots of TVs for enjoying many sports all weekend- also included YouTube TV which was awesome for being able to watch all the big games! Hot tub was nice for nighttime. Large yard to run around and play lots of games. Also utilized the fire pit with plenty of wood and the grill was great for a late snack! Worth the price you pay and would definitely come back again!

The Bubbling Brook Farmhouse was perfect for our group of nine! This is the second time we've stayed here, and it is a wonderful place to stay: spacious, relaxing, and secluded without seeming out in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen is well stocked with items you probably forgot to bring, and there is even a hot tub! This is a place you want to stay with a a small group, this is the place.

We stayed here for a Penn State game. We were a quick and easy drive to the stadium. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and especially great for the kids!

Loooooves our new years eve getaway. well decorated and well stocked with coffee, towels etc. We really appreciated the cute hot tub and listening to the creek! The bed was firm personally we loved that! Lots of plug, lightning, full-time laundry and fridge. Easy river to near by small towns! We did work from computers and the wifi worked but was a tad slow. Not an issue to browse on phones, watch tv, etc but heads up in case looking for a work spot. Would stay again, loved it!!

We had a large group stay for 2 nights and it is a beautiful private home close to Bald Eagle State Park. Everything was as described and it is a beautiful place to gather with friends.

Absolutely, amazing home!!! So many more hidden beauties than what is listed, the pictures and description do not do it justice!!!JoeAnna was friendly and responsive to the questions I had. Also provided very clear instructions for check in, making it a breeze. Unfortunately pool was not yet opened (not in season yet) which is clearly stated in the listing. I plan to book again when the pool will be opened :)

A beautiful home with so many amenities. The instructional videos were a wonderful touch. Our family had a relaxing and fun time and can't wait to visit again.

Cory’s place is amazing. Is very quiet and has all the amenities that we needed it. My family loved it. Cory and his wife are amazing host. My family and I are planing to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and Lindsay’s home. I would recommend using google maps to find it. Waze was not accurate. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the game room was a lot of fun. We enjoyed using the grill and taking in the views. We came for the keystone state wrestling tournament at the Bryce Jordan Center. The house was about 20-25 mins away depending on the time of day. The bunk beds were very comfortable, according to my 13 year old daughter and her friends. I found the bed to be comfortable as well in the master suite. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were kind and responsive. We were able to instacart groceries to the house with no problems.

Our group has an absolutely amazing time staying here! We would highly recommend this place to everyone as it was so peaceful and such a beautiful cabin feeling!

The Timberland Lodge exceeded our expectations for this trip. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the home is spacious, and the kitchen works great. I thought the place looked even better and bigger than the pictures. The Host was very nice and responsive, and Check in was easy. The living room is awesome. Pool table and ping pong was fun. Even though it was freezing outside, we stayed very warm in the house.

My girlfriend and I had a great getaway at Courtney’s place. The bridge was very unique and the hot tub and fireplace made the stay very cozy. Nearby town had a parade during Christmas season and many small Christmas shops to explore. Would highly recommend.

100% recommend staying here! We had 12 guests and this place blew all of their minds! The views, the house, I can’t describe how perfect our stay was here! Landon was always proactive and responded to any questions I had! This place had all of our guests talking! 10/10 recommend!

The house was beautiful and had many items that other places don’t have (ie dishes, pots/pans, children’s items, etc).
