I loved staying here! Very peaceful, very clean and it was really fun to have access to the pool! Jeff was proactive and communicated very quickly with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a Wonderful stay at Crystal Beech. This peaceful riverside getaway made for a great affordable birthday weekend for my family and I. The place was big but also cozy & welcoming. The Property and house was very clean and therefore I would recommend this stay for others. Looking forward to coming back sometime in the future

Wow, what an amazing experience. Michele and Kate's Airbnb is even better than described -- it is spacious, warm, and luxurious! The kitchen is incredible and had many condiments to use, and the bathrooms are pure luxury with so many extras such as bath salts, toothpaste, etc. The views out of every window are spectacular. The beds are comfortable, and the decor throughout the house is beautiful. It's clear this is a well-loved home turned into an Airbnb. Kate was really warm and helpful when I had questions. This Airbnb is a real bargain looking at all that it offers, and I am hopeful it will be available the next time my family is in the area. Thank you, Michele and Kate, for making our holiday special!

We had a great time here! We were traveling to different gyms around the PSU campus and this location was perfect! It was close to everything, but also far enough to not be right in the hustle and bustle of town. The house was clean and maintained well. Our group enjoyed the spacious area of the house as well! There was plenty of sleeping space and also living space for the kids to hang out in the evenings and enjoy their time! Thanks so much, we will definitely recommend!

Our second stay here, would highly recommend! Walked to Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A & other shopping. Cute house, very comfortable, perfect for our family's needs while in town for a state wrestling tournament!

JoeAnna's home had exactly what we needed for our weekend in State College. The home was very clean and had spacious gathering areas. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property is close to downtown and PSU campus. JoeAnna was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return and take advantage of the pool during the summer months!

We spent THON weekend at Helen’s home. Her home is clean, comfortable, and as described. Beds were comfortable as was the seating in shared spaces. Home is stylishly decorated without being cluttered. As a Penn State alum and parent, we spend a lot of time in State College; although this was my first time staying at Helen’s, we will certainly stay again!

Easy to get Ubers into town. Be prepared on Football weekends Ubers can be tough on game day and be prepared to possibly do a little walking as traffic can be bad. Great hosts though, clean place, great communication

We had a lovely weekend! Needed a large space for our family while going to watch my brother Wrestle at the Bryce Jordan Center. It was so great to be so close!

This is a perfect house for a trip returning to State College when you plan to be out and about! Central location in town, very clean and spacious!

House was absolutely incredible. Very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Lots of different spaces to hang out. Lots of TVs for enjoying many sports all weekend- also included YouTube TV which was awesome for being able to watch all the big games! Hot tub was nice for nighttime. Large yard to run around and play lots of games. Also utilized the fire pit with plenty of wood and the grill was great for a late snack! Worth the price you pay and would definitely come back again!

The perfect place to stay while visiting my son, who works at Penn State! We had my youngest with us for spring break from VA Tech, and Connie’s place provided plenty of space to relax together, along with charming spots for some quiet time when needed. The location—just minutes from everything—was nearly perfect. Connie was kind enough to check in and ensure everything met our expectations, truly a gracious host. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Connie’s place in State College!

This was our second stay. Convenient to State College and Bellefonte but tucked away in a peaceful, beautiful, natural remote location. Feels like an old one room school house that has been competely renovated inside. Very comfortable, roomy, clean attractive interior. Jonathan has been very responsive and friendly. We brought our puppy and planned to attend a lacrosse game but were concerned about leaving her in a cold car. Jonathan was flexible to allow us an early check in to deposit our puppy in the house while we attended the game. Definitely would come again!

Melissa was wonderful and quick to respond. The home was easily accessible to PSU. The home was clean and would comfortably accommodated 9. Fully stocked kitchen with full size frig and top freezer.

The house was very clean and clutter free. The host was very responsive, within minutes would reply back. We would book though him again.

Great value stay for any needs in the State College area

The house was in a neighborhood 5 minutes off the main road. It was clean and spacious. There were extra blankets in the den. There were 15 waters in the fridge. There were multiple coffee options, either Keurig or drip, with to go cups. The kitchen had everything. About 10-12 minutes from campus.

We loved our stay here in Philipsburg, PA - this was the perfect house for our needs! The space was very cozy, comfortable, and clean with fun amenities like games to play, wifi, and streaming services. The location was nice and quiet, but very close to everything we needed. My best friend lives just one mile away so it made visiting with her family a cinch! Even though it was winter, we still loved sitting out on the back patio at night to unwind. Would definitely book here every time we make the trip out!

Very comfortable home 15 minutes from Penn State. Comfortable bedrooms. Large shared spaces. Very clean.

Mike's house was great for our long tournament weekend. The house was centrally located, just moments from the local grocery store and restaurants. We were ten minutes from our event in State College and everything was right off the highway. The house itself was spacious and even with six of us, it never felt like were on top of one another. The rooms were all cozy and had everything we needed. Mike was very attentive to the questions we had about locating things and the checkout instructions were clear, VERY easy to manage as we were packing up to leave. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable, spacious and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, conveniently opens to den. Full bedrooms are upstairs with another full bedroom in basement. Host was very responsive and even left freshly laid eggs for us. Perfect for our large group!
