La Havane : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Cecilia and her mother Teresa are amazing! It’s like you are at home and they make you feel very welcome from the first minute. As you don’t know anything when arriving, they give you very important information to understand how things are working in Havana. Ask them anything and they will find the way for you! Very friendly and responsive, always with a smile and happy to explain you everything. Words cannot describe how nice these ladies are! The apartment is well furnished and modern, it’s in a quiet road and it is easy to find. Very clean, it has everything you need and also has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. The location is just great! You can go by foot everywhere around and you are just in the heart of old Habana and the attractions. I totally recommend this place!! You will not regret it 😉

Very accommodating and helpful new modern updated apartment very convenient to a lot of excellent restaurants and very detailed as far as accommodating for tourist. Definitely a super host in my opinion and I have been to Cuba two dozen times.

He tenido una experiencia magnífica en este apartamento. Un alojamiento completamente equipado sólo Iara mi, con una relación calidad-precio en comparación con los alojamientos de la zona. Súper céntrico, a dos calles del Capitolio y el Gran Teatro de La Habana. Justo en el límite entre Habana Vieja y Centro Habana, cercano a todo lo que puede visitarte en esta ciudad. La comunicación muy fluida desde el principio. Jose Leonel te envía mensajes antes de la entrada, durante y antes de la salida para que estes informado en todo momento de cómo acceder al apartamento, las normas y todo lo que necesitas saber. Así como Haymee, que es quien te atiende directamente en el apartamento, te entrega llaves, limpia y cambia sábanas y toallas. Ambos han sido sumamente atentos y diligentes en todo momento. Tiene aire acondicionado, agua caliente, una cocina con microondas, cocina de gas, frigorífico grande, platos y utensilios de cocina, cafetera… de todo para que te cocines! Gracias por todo!

Pasamos unos días estupendos en casa de Lilly, el sitio es ideal para grandes grupos, facilitando zonas comunes en la terraza a la vez que aportando privacidad al ser pisos individuales en el mismo bloque. La casa es como en las fotos, un poco más grande siendo honestos y la ubicación es perfecta. Lilly y su equipo estuvieron super atentos en todo momento, incluso nos pilló el huracán allí y estuvieron atentos a si necesitábamos cualquier cosa o aportando teléfonos de emergencia y consejos. Repetiríamos sin duda!! muchísimas gracias por todo!

Best location , close to everything , really beautiful apartment , great host and super helpful , speaks great English , I will definitely come back . Has water and beer in the refrigerator as well , so it’s no need to go a buy for same prices as the stores . Over all very good experience .

We loved staying at Yusy's place, spotless, spacious, well designed and modern flat in Havana's Old town. Best location and we had everything we needed. Helpful host, responsive always available and thought about everything we needed, from transfer to carrying bags and other help. Very quiet also and most comfortable beds. Would love to stay again and felt safe and right at home.

Wir, 61 und 68 aus Deutschland waren leider nur 3 Nächte in diesem schönen Junior Studio „Mambo“. Eir hatten einen Taxi-Transfer gebucht, das hat sehr gut geklappt und als wir an der Unterkunft ankamen, hat uns der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Luis persönlich begrüßt, das Gepäck in den Fahrstuhl verfrachtet und bis in unser Appartement gebracht. Wir hatten zuerst Bedenken wegen der derzeit auf Kuba häufigen Stromausfällen. Das passierte tatsächlich 2x für kurze Zeit. Da waren wir zum Glück nicht im Fahrstuhl. Aber auch darauf sind die Mitarbeiter vorbereitet. Die bekommen es mit und kurbeln die Liftkabine bei Bedarf per Hand hoch, so dass man aussteigen kann. Uns wurde alles erklärt, auch wurden wir mit den beiden Möpsen „Mambo“ und „Rumba“ bekannt gemacht, die man häufig auf der sehr schönen Terrasse antrifft. Luis und sein Kollege Alejandro waren sehr hilfsbereit und servierten das Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten aus der kleinen Bar. Wir genossen die Ruhe und den tollen Ausblick v. Terra

Casa Rosy este locul perfect pentru cei care vor să simtă atmosfera autentică a Havanei. A fost ca la mama acasă – curățenie impecabilă, camerele bine întreținute și o atmosferă caldă și primitoare. Situată în centrul istoric, locația este ideală, fiind la câțiva pași de baruri, restaurante și principalele atracții turistice. Gazdele sunt extrem de amabile și atente la nevoile oaspeților, oferind sfaturi utile despre ce să vizitezi și unde să mergi. Dacă vrei să experimentezi un sejur confortabil, autentic și aproape de inima Havanei, Casa Rosy este alegerea perfectă! Multumesc Rosy!!

Would recommend Julio’s place anytime. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Havana, this centrally located flat is an absolute gem. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by an elegant and spacious interior with high ceilings that add to the airy, open feel of the space. The decoration is beautifully curated, blending classic Cuban charm with modern comforts. The kitchen is fully functional, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The bathrooms are well-designed and come with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thought of, from reliable utilities to high-quality furnishings, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Overall very friendly and helpful local people. Nice restaurants and bars minutes away. Julio is a 5 ⭐️ host.

Carlos's place was better and larger than expected in the pictures and description. His co-host was there to greet us along with the house keeper. They took us on a tour and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They even had an ice machine and a full water cooler in the airbnb which was so helpful during our stay and saved us from buying bottles of water. The place is beautifully decorated with plants and really well cleaned and maintained. The wifi worked really well and they even provided us with a Cuban cell phone/sim card so that we can have internet while we are out, which was extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Carlos's place enough if you are staying in Cuba.

Nael and his team working at the house went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had a ton of people in for my birthday from America, and they made us feel so safe, round the clock security, we always had snacks and drinks, their breakfast was the best in town, and our rooms were always cleaned and felt comfortable. We had the best time ever and I works absolutely go back and stay there! They even executed all the small details I asked them to do like custom napkins at different breakfasts, or shirts to wear that matched the theme- they all did it with a smile. We felt so taken care of and loved.

Kohde oli juuri niin kuin piti, Maleconilla upeassa merimaisemassa. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, pehmeät sängyt ja tyynyt. Puhdasta! Havannan tasoon suhteutettuna luksusasunto, vettä riitti ja ilmastointi toimi, viisi kylpyhuonetta oli myös todella jees, kun vieraat saivat käyttää yhtä. Siivous oli 3. Päivän välein. Olimme myös Josen järjestämällä Varaderon retkellä, sielläkin saimme huippupalvelua, hyviä suosituksia ja hyvän kyydin. Lähellä oli myös pari kohtuuhintaista ravintolaa, jossa kauemmassa käytiin, loistavat ruoat! Usa embassyn vieressä myös turvalliset oltavat! Valitsemme tämän taatusti toistekkin! Ainut miinus suuremman tavallisen kahvinkeittimen puuttumisesta. Vahva suositus, neljän hengen porukalle oli ruhtinaallisesti tilaa! Mutta sopisi kyllä isompikin porukka hyvin! 😊

wunderschöne kleine Wohnung. Sehr sauber und mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Suset ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für etwas Ruhe und eine Brise Meer, neben dem turbulenten Stadtleben, ist man hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ♡
