Great location and beautiful view! Wonderful place to stay!

The following is my overall opinion of our recent visit. The pros - Augusto was a very responsive and helpful host. The Villa itself is pretty spacious and is exceptionally well equipped. The outdoor space is great for relaxing in. The location is great - walkable to the beach, cafes and restaurants aswell as a good supermarket. There is a very good bus service into central Malaga which took around 15 minutes. There were few cons. We did feel that, whilst clean, a few things looked a little tired and the top floor bedrooms are quite basic. As stated in the description, there is further rental accommodation at the property. This is situated down a flight of stairs off the villas entrance hall (there is a separate outdoor entrance). The noise from people staying here could, at times, be heard throughout the villa . Augusto was helpful in managing this, but I suspect noise just travels in the property due to tiled floors etc. Overall I would recommend the property.

We enjoyed staying at Ana's place, the apartment is modern and tastefully renovated. Everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen had every kitchenware we needed, but be advised you need to bring your own cooking essentials(oil, seasoning, tea, coffee etc.) The view to the sea is beautiful and it is very close to the park. The doors and windows are not soundproof, but I have seen this is a common issue in Spain. So you can hear noise from the street.

Great great stay... wonderful little place just a block from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The entire area is just perfect. The locals are friendly, the place was clean, we had a very good stay. Only two minor issues: the dryer stopped working while we were there and, if like us, you searched for "hot tub", it's actually a jacuzzi bath tub not a stand alone "hot tub". Not a huge deal except the water heater doesn't have enough water to fill it up with hot water. Definitely not enough to take any stars off, the place was great and we really enjoyed it. I only mention these two items for those searching for those specific amenities. Jose was very responsive with questions we had.

Buscábamos desconectar unos días tras la pérdida de nuestra amada gata de 12 años, y este lugar ha sido justo lo que necesitábamos: calma, playa, senderismo, buena comida y el calor de un hogar acogedor, cuidado con mimo hasta el último detalle. Dormir con la luz de la noche y el sonido del mar de fondo no tiene parangón. Hemos disfrutado tanto dentro como fuera de la estancia. La atención de Maribel, su anfitriona, ha sido inmejorable: siempre atenta, cercana y generosa con sus sugerencias. Nos vamos con las energías recargadas, el alma un poco más ligera y el corazón agradecido. Gracias de verdad por todo, ha sido un refugio en medio de la tristeza. Volveremos, sin duda.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Ramon’s apartment and the incredible experience we had staying there. Ramon is truly a super host, going above and beyond to ensure that his guests feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. The apartment is perfectly located in the historic center, within walking distance to everything—museums, restaurants, shops, and cafes. It’s spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the apartment is remarkable, and it’s clear that Ramon takes great pride in creating a comfortable space for his guests. Ramon’s responsiveness and kindness were unmatched. He was always available with helpful suggestions, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We have no hesitation in coming back and would recommend it to friends. Thank you Ramon, for making our stay so memorable.

I would call this a loft apartment since that lends itself to describing how characterful it is. Lots of exposed brickwork. Things neatly put together and a terrace with views. Very clean. Nice sofa to longe in and watch tv. And a great terrace up top to grab the all day sunshine. Very responsive and helpful host. And you are right in the middle of the city here with everything in your doorstep.

We had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. Communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou. There were of places to eat nearby as well as a grocery store. We had some difficulty finding the building because we were driving a car and not sure what we were looking for amidst busy traffic but the host was immediately responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay, Apartment was very clean, and adequate for us, The view from the balcony was amazing especially if you're up early enough to see the sun rise! The best feature for me was the bed, never have I slept so well, it was huge and so comfortable & the quilt was so warm as the nights were a bit chilly, We would stay here again if we were ever in the area!!

Appartement super propre et fonctionnel, très tranquille et parfaitement localisé à distance de marche de la plage et de la place Costa del Sol avec sa station de train et l'animation. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer, très agréable. Hôte serviable et réponse rapide. Je recommande !

Bel appartement lumineux avec un beau grand balcon ! Bien situé surtout tout près de la station de train et des bus! Antonio répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions ! Nous avons vraiment passé un magnifique séjour!

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige residentiële wijk met enkel laagbouw en is zeer privé. Het is bijzonder ruim en heeft een groot overdekt terras met zon- of windscherm waar het, ook nu het wat frisser was, fijn was om buiten te zitten. De kamers zijn aangenaam met veel kastruimte. De keuken is volledig en praktisch ingericht, alles is voorzien. Er was steeds plaats voor onze huurwagen voor de deur. Voor ons gezelschap was de locatie ideaal, aangezien we van daaruit ook Cordoba en Granada bezochten. Hier en daar is er wat slijtage, het is dan ook geen nieuwbouw. Maar dit is miniem en stoorde helemaal niet, het huis is in werkelijkheid beter dan op de foto's van de advertentie. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, de host was heel beschikbaar voor vragen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Le logement correspondait tout a fait à la description. Le plus c'est la terrasse de toit très agréable même l'hiver. Cependant, il faut absolument un véhicule pour le séjour. Quartier calme, panorama superbe.

Een prachtige locatie en woning. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. De hosts zijn erg attent, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een goed adres om vaker te komen.

Séjour en famille. Nous somme totalement satisfait de notre séjour! La villa est très belle et parfaitement équipée. Le Jardin est très bien entretenu et la vue est exceptionnelle!!!!! La propriétaire est réactive et l’écoute. Je recommande +++++

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Jorge, l’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer à proximité dans des parkings payant (assez cher cependant)

Victor and Teresa are amazing hosts and their apartment is great! everything was very clean and spacious! its a walkable distance to the center but there is also a bus station nearby. Well worth the money, especially with the parking which was a life saver! But the thing that stood out the most were Victor and Teresa,who were very welcoming and kind! I felt like i was visiting relatives and felt just like home!

We visited in a large (11 person) family group to celebrate my dad’s special birthday. The villa was as described; beautiful, spacious, large covered pool (which was ideal as we could use it all day and not worry about children getting sunburn). Stef was a great host - very helpful and super responsive. We had a couple of days of extreme heat, which sent the ants indoors, but Stef came by within a couple of hours of me mentioning it to clear and spray the affected room, with a promise of calling in pest control if the problem persisted (which it didn’t). Highly recommend for a group visit. A short walk to the nearest beach, a couple of nice local restaurants, a stone-throw from the airport (7 min drive) with parking for up to 3 cars. Thank you Stef!

Javier was a lovely host. As it happens we visited Malaga during the terrible floods. Javier worked tirelessly to get the outside area spick and span after the horrendous weather. He worked solidly for two days to make us as comfortable as possible. On one of the evenings Javier kindly booked us a table for five at a local steak house. When we came to pay the bill we were told that Javier had paid this for our family. What a lovely gesture. Not what we were expecting at all. Really went above and beyond. We would definitively visit again during the summer months. Thank you Javier for your kindness during our stay. Although the weather wasn’t great we still had a good time. Thank you.
