We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

El Sr. Miguel fue muy amable al responder todas nuestras preguntas, siempre listo para ayudar. el apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor, ideal para un corto fin de semana fuera de casa. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

The apartment exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us. We preferred something close to all the tourist attractions but didn’t want to be in the middle of it with the noise and crowds. This apartment was exactly what we wanted! If you don’t mind walking, it’s about 2 miles from Retiro Park. There’s a Metro station about 900’ from the apartment which made it nice to get to other parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants were within a block or two and we didn’t have to deal with the larger crowds. Salamanca is a wonderful spot to be. Thank you, Nico, for sharing such a gem with us!

Great stay! Had more amenities than we expected. Great location to get to metro with also lots of stores nearby. We got in late so Carmen’s colleague welcomed us and was very kind. Carmen was also responsive and always friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nos encantó el piso. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la estación, así que movernos por la ciudad fue muy fácil. Azucena fue súper atenta, nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El apartamento es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario: cocina equipada, productos de aseo, cosas para desayunar y, además, estaba muy limpio. También tuvo el detalle de dejarnos tarjetas y un mapa del metro, lo que nos vino genial. Además, nos permitió quedarnos un poco más el último día porque nuestro viaje era más tarde. ¡Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveríamos!

Con mi señora nos sentimos como en casa, en un barrio precioso y con acceso as lo mejor de la ciegas. Gracias!

Me encantó el alojamiento, todas las amenidades estaban tal cual al anuncio, es una zona bastante tranquila y con mucha facilidad para el transporte público. En caso vuelva con un grupog rande, espero encontrar el alojamiento disponible nuevamente.

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en Madrid. Bien equipado y muy limpio. Esta bien ubicado con muchas opciones de transporte público y garaje a tu disposición.

Es un loft muy bien remodelado y cuidado. La ubicación es muy buena y Marta siempre estuvo atenta a responder mis preguntas. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment. Sehr gute Lage: viele Restaurants, Markets, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, da zwei U-Bahnstationen in dr Nähe sind. Der Hauptbahnhof Atocha ist zu Fuss in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Heizung hat bei meinem Aufenthalt wieder gut funktioniert. Ein Safe sogar für Laptops von 16 Zoll ist vorhanden. Hat aber leider während meiner Zeit nicht funktioniert . Schön wäre gewesen, wenn man das Problem während meines Aufenthaltes gelöst hätte. Nachts kann es wegen der gegenüberliegenden Kneipe mal etwas laut werden. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört. Die Check-In und Check-Out-Zeiten (ab 16.00 check-in bis 10:00 check-out) finde ich bei dieser Preisklasse nicht verbraucherfreundlich. Die Kommunikation über Airbnb hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Not only did the apartment far exceed our expectations but it was in a perfect location and the hosts went out of their way to help make sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend them to anyone I knew visiting Madrid.

El apartamento es tal y como lo describe. Lo de poder dejar el coche seguro es una ventaja enorme.

This was a beautiful apartment and the host was very communicative and friendly, meeting us at the property. There is plenty of space and it is a comfortable apartment with lots of storage. The location is great, maybe 15-20 minute walk from Plaza Mayor with shops and restaurants right outside. Despite being close to everything it wasn’t noisy and it was a peaceful environment to stay in.

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro, pero en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. El apartamento tiene mucha luz y bonitas vistas. Buena comunicación (tiene varias estaciones de metro y tren cercanías cerca). Víctor ha estado atento en todo momento. Repetiré sin duda !

We had an amazing stay at José and Alejandro’s beautiful flat in Madrid! The location in the heart of Chueca is absolutely perfect- surrounded by chic local restaurants, cool bars, and just a short walk to all the city’s main attractions. The flat itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a cosy and stylish retreat after a day of exploring. José and Alejandro were fantastic hosts- super friendly, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, José and Alejandro, for an unforgettable experience- we would love to come back!

Excelente apartamento, todo ha sido tal cual lo convenido y ademas debo destacar la amabilidad de la anfitriona

J’ai pour habitude de venir souvent à Madrid et de prendre des Airbnb, et je pense que cet Airbnb est l’un des meilleurs dans lequel j’ai été. Premièrement, et ça c’est un point sur lequel je ne lésine pas, c’est bien celui de la propreté. Tout était parfaitement propre: la baignoire, la douche, les toilettes, la cuisine, le sol, les rebords de fenêtre, le matériel de cuisine, l’intérieur du frigo, les placards, l’intérieur des placards tout était nettoyé méticuleusement. Sans parler du linge qui était d’autant plus propre. Et un détail qui fait la différence, c’est qu’il y avait plus de serviettes que demandé et plus de coussins que demandé, et une grande couverture en plus, ce qui est rare dans les Airbnb. L’appartement est extrêmement bien centré, sur gran via, on peut pas espérer mieux lorsqu’on est touriste. Très facile d’accès, instructions claires. Literie très confort, la baignoire est un grand plus. En étage élevé, avec une vue sur les toits de Madrid. Je recommande vivement!

Logement extrêmement bien placé, tout ce fait à pieds, les meilleurs restaurants, les musées et même les boutiques sont accessibles à moins de 20mins de marche. L’hôte est très réactive et chaleureuse, merci pour tout, de l’accueil au départ ! Je recommande +++

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und auch sehr angenehme Gegend. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung bietert sehr viel Platz. Immer warmes Wasser beim Duschen und für die Küche war auch alles was man brauchte. Würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Honestly the most beautiful and unique Airbnb i have ever stayed in. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is very well designed and comfortable. Duke and his brother Tito are very friendly and helpful. Its located in a trendy neighborhood, which is fun to explore. The three shower heads are an absolute bonus. It can be a bit noisy at night in the weekend though, but that's because it is located in the city centre. I would highly recommend to stay. It is a very fun experience!
