Centro : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento de Cristina. Bastante céntrico, pero extremadamente tranquilo. Muy acogedor y hogareño y con todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el alojamiento de Monica. Limpio y cómodo, en un lugar privilegiado para visitar la ciudad. Agradecemos la rápida respuesta de la anfitriona a todas nuestras dudas. Sin dudas nos hospedaríamos otra vez con Mónica.

Great location, centrally located. Walking distance to everything - Ammar and Juan provided excellent restaurant recommendations in close proximity (we tried them all!) to the apartment. Perfect for family of 5.

This was a beautiful apartment and the host was very communicative and friendly, meeting us at the property. There is plenty of space and it is a comfortable apartment with lots of storage. The location is great, maybe 15-20 minute walk from Plaza Mayor with shops and restaurants right outside. Despite being close to everything it wasn’t noisy and it was a peaceful environment to stay in.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Fiquei encantada com a casa, bonita, espaçosa, limpa e arrumada. Adan foi muito solícito, nos presenteou até com uma cesta de café da manhã. Estava muito frio em Madri, mas a casa tem aquecedores em todos os cômodos e ficamos muito confortáveis. Indico a hospedagem com toda certeza!

Everything was great! The host was super friendly and responsive throughout the stay. The place was just as described, although I hadn’t realized one of the rooms had a few minor stairs to access — not a big deal at all. I’d definitely come back!

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable and well -stocked, convenient to grocery stores and the Metro. Having Kevin available for pick ups and drop offs to the airport/train station was incredible as were his recommendations of things to do and places to eat; like having a concierge. Loved our stay there. Would stay there again.

Nos hemos sentido cómodos en el apartamento, para una corta estancia esta muy bien, y aunque no tiene cocina como tal para cocinar, teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos. Estabamos bien comunicados con todos los servicios. Nos han facilitado mucho la hora de entrada y de salida y muy atentos a cualquier ayuda que necesitáramos. Sin duda volveriamos en caso de necesitarlo. La zona era bastante tranquila.

I LOVE Madrid and wanted to experience the city in a fabulous apt with a terrace. I had a vision and boy was it fulfilled!!! I think this one of the best homes I've been to with Airbnb. Marta makes things very easy, and her apartment is decorated with a great taste. Location is amazing! Morning coffee on the private terrace - divine.

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Had a great time staying at Carmen's place. The apartment was centrally located and easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by! Carmen was super helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The apartment was extremely well-kept. I would absolutely stay here again if I was visiting Madrid. I loved it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and near the station. Everything went as planned we were satisfied !

The room is very clean. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the airport. There is a shopping mall just an 8-minute walk away, with many restaurants and a supermarket. Parking is also very convenient, right downstairs. It’s a great place to stay during a layover near the airport.
