El alojamiento de Javier es bastante conveniente si viajas con un grupo familiar y quieres estar relativamente cerca del mercado de Coyoacán. Javier equipo la casa con insumos basicos como suficiente papel higiénico, jabones, shampoo, algunos ingredientes como sal, azúcar, café. El balance precio beneficio es muy bueno

This place is super cute and the location is amazing! It's close to 2 parks, an amazing market and the Frida Kahlo Casa Azul Museum. Ricardo always responded very quickly and the place was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the filtered water. Stay here! It's awesome.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, la casa es muy grande y muy cómoda, el jardín está muy bonito, te sientes como en casa. Nuestro equipo de trabajo también está muy contento. La casa es muy amplia y en general muy iluminada, las 4 recámaras están de muy buen tamaño y con baños accesibles. La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación de la casa está excelente, muy céntrica y está cerca de plazas, restaurantes y otros negocios. A pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Una excelente opción para hospedarse en la zona de Polanco.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Casa muy bonita, grande, con un jardín enorme. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y closet. Fue perfecta para hospedarnos cinco personas; la cocina, el baño de visitas, las salas, la fuente y el comedor son espacios de reunión muy agradables y prácticos. Amé la deliciosa ventilación porque puedes tener todas las ventanas abiertas. La arquitectura es muy alegre porque entra luz natural por todos lados. La ubicación es maravillosa en una calle de fácil acceso a Bosques, Interlomas y Santa Fe. Gabriel, el anfitrión, es muy accesible, simpático y atento. ¡Gracias por el hermoso fin de semana que disfrutamos ahí!

We love this part of Mexico City. Convenient, private enough, quiet and in a wonderful neighborhood. The place itself is full of creativity and character. The hosts are helpful, friendly and respectful. It was a great stay for us.

Hermoso apartamento en Polanco, muchos restaurantes y lugares por conocer alrededor, el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip. Komfortabel, großzügig, gehobenes Niveau, tolle Terrasse, toller Pool, tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand und Sergio hat alles bestens organisiert. Unser nächster Trip nach CDMX führt uns sicher wieder in Sergios Wohnung. Kleiner Hinweis: montags ist der Pool wegen Pflege geschlossen.

The location is excellent. We did not use public transport but ride sharing worked very well. The swimming pool and gym are great for use in the morning or evening. We made use of the laundry that helped us carry less for an 8 day trip. The security guards made the place feel very safe although the entire area seemed super safe with a lot of activities always going on. Two lovely parks nearby are great to go for walks. I would definitely recommend and use it again.

The place met and exceeded our expectations. From the friendly people at the front desk to the maintenance ones, they were all ready and willing to help you. The apartment has great views of the surroundings and we felt right at home. We would come back in a heart beat.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Todo en orden, céntrico, limpio, con tranquilidad y seguridad. Brenda siempre atenta y muy amable, sin duda regresaríamos a hospedarnos en su apartamento.

El apartamento de Ivan es realmente excelente para pasar una temporada larga en CDMX. Es cerca de varios puntos turísticos y es una zona con mucha actividad pero a la vez silenciosa y tranquila cuando uno está dentro del apartamento. Esperamos volver a habitar este lugar tan bonito y cómodo muy pronto en un futuro cercano.

I stayed here for a month and I loved my stay! Rocio was a great host - super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The apartment is large, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Walkable to many many bars and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay! The place is just as described and is close to some amazing restaurants and things to do. There’s also a convenient store right down the street which was great. I had to extend my stay by a day and host was extremely accommodating and took care of it for me. Definitely recommend!

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

I honestly can’t say enough about how great this place is. The unit is amazing. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to everything you want to see in Roma Norte. On top of it all the owner is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Also Anton notch staff helping him. 5 stars all around.
