Centro Storico, Naples : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Letto comodo e cucina attrezzata. Ottimo appartamento, ci tornerei al 100%.

This place is easy to get to from the Metro; and the Metro stop is 2 from the main train station so not only is it a very walkable neighborhood with loads of services, it is easy to get to other places (ie: Pompeii, etc.). The space is comfortable and you have what you need for your stay. There is a board with local reco's for food and there are many many places steps away from the apt. It is a fun apartment to use. It has the peaceful side w a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and then you have a more lively side that overlooks the street. It is generally quiet by the time you need to go to sleep and if not, earplugs are provided in the nightstand. We didn't have an issue w street noise except with the early morning recycling pick up lorries only on one morning.... I would recommend this apartment as the space is comfortable, it is well located and provides a great landing spot after a long day trekking to sites in and around Naples.

Beautiful apartment in the center of everything.

We stayed for 3 nights at Rosa's place in Naples. check-in time was at 2pm and she let us use her luggage storage area for free when we arrived earlier. Lots of steps to get to Airbnb. The space is tall and big. It has two window balconys and a nice rooftop terrace to relax on. The terrace was awesome during the sunset hours to lookout over the city. You don't have an unobstructed view but it is still pretty. The house was clean and renovated. The included soaps and shampoos smelled amazing, the water was warm. It does have an AC unit. The water pressure in the building is low so if you want to use the bath plan on 30 minutes to fill it up. Also the hot water heater has enough heat to cover your showers or the bath but not both. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and nice. It does get loud in the neighborhood and you can hear it as you sleep. Some streets nearby didn't seem that safe (trash all over, broken bottles, people giving strange looks and lurking in the dark).

Un appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique sur Naples. Les terrasses offrent une vue à 360° sur Naples et le Vesuve. Quartier vivant et proche de tout, à pieds, en métro ou en prenant le funiculaire.... Un vrai coup de cœur

Jimmy was super helpful throughout our stay, and the place is much larger in person than it looks online. Just keep in mind there’s no kitchen (there’s a mini fridge) but that worked fine for our needs. The internet here is perfect for working, and even for super high internet demands it was incredible. Ethernet available too!

The host is very responsive to my message and provided me with clear instructions for self check in. The apartment is clean and in a good location walkable to attractions. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note is that the metro station Chiaia on line 6 which is very close to the apartment is currently closed until further notice.

Riccardo è una persona di cuore che si preoccupa del benessere dei suoi ospiti! la casa è in un palazzo storico molto affascinante, ed è composta da soggiorno con divano letto e camera matrimoniale (due bagni). Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita dotata di saponi, ciabattine, asciugamani e l'occorrente per prepararsi il caffè la mattina. Per le persone che hanno il sonno leggero come me consiglio dei tappi per le orecchie perché l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Posizione direi fantastica e ben servita da Metro e stazione taxi e attraversando la strada c'è il famoso chalet Ciro e il lungomare con la vista sul Vesuvio. Torneremo sicuramente a fare visita a Riccardo, grazie ancora della tua gentilezza e disponibilità. a presto Angelica

Een ruim appartement op een goede plek. Fijne bedden en een privé parkeerplek. Claudia ontving ons persoonlijk en reageerde snel op berichten. De aankomst en het vertrek verliep heel flexibel. Dit bij het huis is een heerlijke gelateria, meerdere supermarkten en restaurants/pizzeria. Het is een goede uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van Napels, Pompeï, Herculaneum, Vesuvius en Sorrento!

Roberto una persona gentile e disponibile . Appartamento pulito e accogliente , si arriva a piedi all’aeroporto e ai mezzi pubblici . Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone , ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo .

Biagio has created a very beautiful place here. It looks exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable here. There is parking right in front of the door which is very convenient. There are 2 train stations within walking distance. Biagio was a great host. He was very responsive and very helpful. I can definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Carmen per una settimana durante il periodo di capodanno. La casa era situata in un’area tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda per raggiungere le principali aree turistiche permettendo di fare una bella camminata. La casa era pulita e ci sono stati offerti due set di asciugami e lenzuola siccome saremo stati per più di una settimana cosa che è stata altamente apprezzata. Inoltre, la casa offriva lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutte gli utensili per cucinare a casa se si voleva. Siccome avevamo l’aereo il pomeriggio tardi, Carmen è stata così gentile da permetterci di fare un check nel pomeriggio e in generale è sempre stata disponibile e super reattiva via messaggi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Napoli, ritorneremo qui.

O espaço de Silvana foi extremamente valioso para uma experiência legítima em Nápoles. A localização privilegiada permite o acesso rápido aos principais pontos turísticos. A casa é impecável e a hospitalidade de Silvana nos deixou confortáveis pra sentirmos em casa.

Great place in the busy heart of Ercolano. The home is immaculate, well maintained, and has everything you need. Ciro is a fantastic host. He met us when we arrived, showed us everything in the home and gave us lots of great recommendations on how to see the area specifically Vesuvius, Herculaneum, and Pompeii along with restaurants groceries, etc. in the area. Thanks for a great stay Ciro!

Es waren super Tage in der Unterkunft mit einem schönen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein bisschen umfangreicher sein. Wir würden diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

We absolutely loved staying here! First, the location is perfect as your right in the beating historic heart of the city and the apartment was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. The Host was really responsive and we are very grateful to him for his advice and meeting and greeting us and helping us to arrange a taxi home (plus helping with bags). We loved Naples but the experience was heightened by staying in such a perfect place which we throughly recommend! 5 STARS! (with garlands)!!

Tolle Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage direkt an der Altstadt. Sehr gemütliche Terrasse.

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Nous venons de passer une semaine exceptionnelle dans l’appartement Seta. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville de Naples, les îles, les sites de Pompéi, du Vésuve et de Herculanum ainsi que la côte Amalfitaine. Proche de tous les moyens de transports pour tous ces sites. Le logement est situé dans une cour fermée, sécurisée et surtout très calme. Idéal pour se reposer après les journées d’excursion. Il est extrêmement propre, spacieux. Proche d’un supermarché à 10mn qui permet de se sentir chez soi. Giovanni a été très attentionné, prenant de nos nouvelles régulièrement. Il nous a même autorisés à rester plus tardivement ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une dernière balade et d’un dernier resto avant le départ. L’arrivée et le départ autonomes sont très pratiques quand on arrive en avion. Je recommande à quiconque souhaite venir à Naples ce superbe logement.

Robertos Wohnung seiner Eltern war sehr schön, die kurze Anbindung an die Funiculare und damit zum Verkehr der Stadt war optimal, Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Klimaanlage war super leise und ermöglichte es, die Fenster geschlossen zu lassen, was bei dem typischen neapolitanischen Verkehr angebracht war. Die Möglichkeit, den Ausblick über die Stadt von der Dachterrasse zu genießen, war einzigartig und wunderbar! wir waren sehr zufrieden während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen! Tutto bene! Grazie

Can’t say enough about the responsiveness and attitude of the host Fabrizio. The location is a little noisy. The apartment is clean and well maintained.

This place was almost perfect for what we wanted. The view was great even on cloudy days. Our style is walking and public transport. The location is good for that. A little far from Metro stations but the walk and neighborhoods are quite nice, full of real nice people. So nice because you can be a tourist sometimes then feel like you came back to your neighborhood home in Arenella area and particularly Medaglie d'oro. La Padella, Supero and other places made life good. Most important was our very supportive and responsive host. If there was something needed the response was fast. Great. We will never forget this experience and the people and their kindness, food, coffee, wine, water, beauty, history of Naples. Sincerest thanks Chiara!
