Cergy-Pontoise : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Sébastien et Elise ! Le logement est très lumineux, avec un design moderne et soigné, il offre un cadre de vie agréable et chaleureux. La proximité du métro est un vrai plus pour se déplacer facilement dans Paris. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du Canal St Martin et du Canal de l'Ourcq, parfaits pour se balader ou se détendre. Les halles Pajol, plus haut dans la rue, étant pratiques pour boire un verre ou manger. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et bien situé !

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

We had a great stay at Auréliens place. The check-in was flexible and very well organised. The place itself is really cool, the interiour features a lot of design furniture which is pieced together tastefully. It‘s also really clean and everything works as intended. We loved the location, you‘re very close to rue de belleville with an abundance of great asian restaurants and metro and bus stations. Aurélien was very forthcoming and quick to respond. All in all an amazing experience!

Amazing apartment! Just as described in the photos, had a small hot water issue and the host addressed it immediately and was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend!!

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Sejour exceptionnel. Deconnexion garantie. Le logement est joli et très propre. La piscine est magnifique. Nous y sommes rester des heures il y a de quoi faire piscine sauna hammam jacuzzi ciné piscine. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir du beau temps et d avoir pû faire barbecue. Iteb est sympathique et aux petits soins pour qu on se sente bien

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Це компактна та дуже затишна Паризька квартира зі своєю харизмою. Є все для комфорту: обладнана кухня, зона відпочинку, невеличка тераса, зручний матрас, проектор, рушники та гелі… Проте, головне - це настрій, який відчуваєш в помешканні! Простір ніби продовжує прогулянки Парижем та розповідає власні історії. Господарі миттєво відповідали, за необхідністю давали поради, пригостили пляшечкою вина і смаколиками. Особиста подяка за смачну каву, з якої починався кожен наш ранок.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende alles super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (wie zu Hause). Micael war sehr gastfreundlich und hat auch immer sehr schnell auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagiert und geantwortet. Die Unterkunft sah genau wie auf dem Bildern aus, war blitzblank sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man erreicht von dort schnell Großstädte z.B. Paris. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung genügend vorhanden. Für uns war von Anfang bis Ende einfach alles perfekt und wir können Micael sowie die Unterkunft zu mehr als 100% weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir in der Gegend nochmal eine Unterkunft suchen, würden wir diese auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles 🫶

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Très bon accueil agréable , c'est vraiment a recommander , facile d'accès , a proximité de la porte de Versailles 10mn a pieds , restaurant de proximité , boulangerie a 80 mètres pour le matin extra .tout équipé C'est parfait .

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Notre week end chez Stan s’est très bien passé. Petit studio dans un endroit calme, à 5 min du RER A et ensuite 30min de Paris. Un Intermarché juste au dessus pour pouvoir faire quelques courses ! Des restaurants à proximité également. Stan est très réactif quand on lui envoie un message 👍🏼 merci à vous !

Highly recommend Michael’s Airbnb! Amazing location near lots of shops/restaurants, around the corner from the Moulin rouge! It was most gorgeous Parisian apartment, very good size, very clean. Michael was very accommodating and responsive any time we needed anything.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!
