Simone is a delightful and friendly host. She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and authentic restaurants and was available to answer questions when we had them. My husband and I stayed in Simone’s apartment for an extended time. We found it clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals at home and the ability to do laundry in the building was invaluable. The location is within the old town area but yet on a quiet street near the park. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others.

Poloha bytu dobrá v blízkosti obchodů i centra ČB. U panelového domu se dalo bez obtíží zaparkovat. Paní Kata velmi rychle odpovídala na zprávy a celkově se zajímala - komunikace výborná. Byt je větší s krásně velkou koupelnou a vybavenou kuchyní.

Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Apartmán byl dokonale čistý, cítili jsme se jako doma. Už se těšíme na další čas u Vás. Děkujeme

We did stay 4 nights in this apartment, everything was fine and the host family Kandlbinder is really nice and always there to help. The apartment is really very clean and location is really quiet but easy to find. We would definitely recommend this apartment for family want to visit the region and around.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Stefan und Roland war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche, wenn auch klein, war hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der bequemen Bettwäsche und der komfortablen Matratze, die mir einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Ich konnte das Stadtzentrum und Restaurants in der Nähe problemlos zu Fuß aber auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen. Zudem war die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und sicher. Stefan und Roland waren außergewöhnlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor meiner Ankunft standen sie mir mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite und während meines Aufenthalts waren sie immer erreichbar und bereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen zu helfen.

Budweis ist eine sehr nette Stadt mit süßen Gässchen und netten Cafés. Jaroslav war zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Ich hab mich gleich wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft und es war perfekt für meine kleine Auszeit: ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das alles noch mit sehr netten, zuvorkommenden Gastgeber:innen, die sich sehr kümmern. Ein großes Danke an Anne für ihre Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Home is wonderful. Location is near city center, really romantic place next to the river. Home is modern but very cozy with everything you need to celebrate Christmas and enjoy your holidays, even fireplace. We can recommend it and we will for sure come back!

When you book with Helmut, you not only book a place to live, but if you are lucky and coincide with your dates, you can theoretically get an equally interesting conversation partner and stories.... trust me you won't regret it.... If you have a chance to get Helmut on some story night...then make sure to use it. The residence corresponds to the description... and if you want to relax in a quiet corner after the hustle and bustle of the big city, then this would be your best choice.

Gabriela war eine super Gastgeberin. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Das Wasserfass war das Highlight für Alle!

Ubytování a komunikace v naprostém pořádku. Do centra je to 10-15 minut chůzi. Pokud přijede vice vozy musíte počítat s parkováním jinde.

Ons verblijf in huis WaldNur was werkelijk fantastisch! Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd met een fles champagne, wat een geweldige start van onze vakantie was. Zelfs onze hond werd niet vergeten. Ze voelde zich meteen thuis dankzij haar eigen dekentje en speelgoed dat al klaar lag. Het huis zelf is perfect. Het is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en de kwaliteit van alle voorzieningen is hoog. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan details om gasten zich echt comfortabel te laten voelen. De locatie is een oase van rust met een prachtig uitzicht. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de natuur rondom het huis. We maakten mooie wandelingen in de omgeving en gingen skiën in Hochficht, wat gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Tot slot willen we Andi en Meli bedanken. Hun gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid hebben ons verblijf nog specialer gemaakt. Dit is zonder twijfel een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

Wir haben das Wochenende über in dem traumhaft schönen Haus verbracht. Es sieht echt genauso aus wie auf den Fotos des Inserats. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sind sehr begeistert!

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Die Zeit bei Sigrid war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist superschön! Toll eingerichtet, super sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht! Die Kommunikation mit Sigrid war auch super. Sie ist sehr nett, hat immer gute Tips für Unternehmungen und tolle Restaurants! Alles in allem haben wir eine erholsame, angenehme Zeit bei Sigrid verbringen dürfen! Vielen lieben Dank 😊!

Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha, minden megvolt a lakásban, amire csak szükségünk lehetett. A házigazda kedves, ajánlott éttermeket, látnivalókat, eljött értünk az állomáshoz is autóval, 2 kulcsot is kaptunk a lakáshoz.

Hezký moderně zařízený apartmán s oddělenou ložnicí na super místě. Dostatek míst k parkování, vše po ruce.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, super sauber, super gelegen. Es wurde nicht so viel versprochen. Wir haben die Tage in Schärding dank der Wohnung sehr genossen. Gerne immer wieder!

We had a long drive prior to our check in. We arrived tired and hungry nonetheless all those feelings went out of the window the moment we stepped in the apartment. Everything was perfect, squeaky clean, comfortable and cozy. One of the best places we have stayed. The host was responsive and tried to help as much as he could. We will definitely come back to stay longer in order to have the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. 100% recommend !!!

I had a lovely, short stay at Mahers! He made me feel very at home and gave me some great recommendations. The room is great and the location is really close to the train station and to the town! 😊
