This house was huge and definitely had enough space for a party of 13! Equipped with everything you would need. Only thing I would have to mention is some of the rooms upstairs didn’t cool down like the others but overall our stay was fun! We were able to walk down to the beach!

Review Extremely responsive host! Great communication with immediate action from property manager, Karina. The space was clean and full of bright light. The master bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. Plenty of water was provided and constantly replenished. The property was very secure. It was completely walled with a garage door to drive into - felt like a “compound.” Very quiet area adjacent to the water tower and great Italian restaurant. Gorgeous view from rooftop deck and propane for the fire pit was refreshed immediately upon request. Water occasionally had a sulphuric smell if you’re not used to it, but host provides air freshener. Close to Walmart for groceries and Kaffeehaus Restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Note: There are two other apartments in the compound. Other guests were quiet and maintained the privacy of the space.

The place was easy to find and easy to check in. The Views are great especially from the rooftop area! The Place was spacious and the AC worked great! It looks better in person than in the pictures. Would stay here again. He has 4 units there, so a group could work out renting them all if needed and available.

Huge place, plenty of room. Our group of 11 fit just fine. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms for every bedroom, plenty of accessories and utensils. Lots of seating options inside and outside the house. We had good wifi in the main house and tv reception was great. Huge back patio makes this place perfect for large groups and you can’t beat the view. Frank was very responsive and very kind. This spot is just perfect for a large group…lots of communal space and bedrooms are tucked away for privacy. We’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely return. Beautiful spot on Playa Encanto.

Great place to hang out for the week, house had everything we needed for our stay

Fernando’s place is very beautiful! We loved the enclosed patio and the set up! The neighborhood is quiet and close to EVERYTHING! We could walk to the public beach if we wanted! The Melacon was a 5/8 minute drive. Fernando was very quick to respond to any messages sent before and even when leaving! Just everything about his place is worth the stay! We will definitely be booking again and possibly every time we go out there this will be our spot to book!
