What a beautiful house filled with love and care! We had a great time at Nilvana’s place. The house is spacious, warm with a super well equipped kitchen. The fireplace kept us nice and toasty 😊 the surroundings are beautiful! And Nilvana is a truly wonderful wonderful host 💗

L'appartamento di Marco è molto accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sotto casa ci sono moltissimi parcheggi gratuiti, e con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti si arriva al centro, attraverso il bel parco Teodorico. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Il residence è in centro, ideale per muoversi a piedi, un centro commerciale di fronte per ogni esigenza e a 2 passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Consigliatissimo.

ho soggiornato nell'appartamento per 2 notti con la mia ragazza, e ci siamo talmente innamorati dell'abitazione e della zona fino a prolungarci per un altra notte. Detto ciò consiglio vivamente a chi si vuole vivere un week end tranquillo di prendere in considerazione la posizione e la qualità della struttura.

Alloggio molto curato, silenzioso e pulito, letto comodissimo. Si accede con un'ascensore fino al secondo piano e poi si trova una elegante scalinata che porta dell'appartamento al terzo piano. Facile il self check in. Facile gestire la temperatura degli ambienti. Ottima posizione in centro non troppo lontana dal parcheggio pubblico per le auto. Oltre alle due belle camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno ed il salottino, c'è una chicca il soppalco che crea un ulteriore spazio per trovare una angolo per leggere o riposare. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

The apartment was great, very clean, comfortable, great bathrooms, quiet, and walkable to and from the center of town. Maria Antonietta could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay. Grazie mille!

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte presso la loggia di SKAAUT, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa era esattamente come descritta, accogliente e ben tenuta. Nonostante il soggiorno breve, è stato tutto ottimo e confortevole. Consigliata per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e ben organizzato!

Η Ροχανα ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και κατατοπιστικη ,απαντησε πολυ γρηγορα στην διαθεσιμότητα του καταλύματος, επισης ο χωρος ηταν πολυ καθαρος και τα σκεπασματα και οι πετσετες μυριζαν φανταστικά!!!

El lugar es encantador. Las vistas formidables y el departamento muy lindo. Los anfitriones son sumamente amables y atentos, la atención es personalizada y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Alojamiento sumamente recomendado!

Unglaublich tolle und moderne Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen, 2 Fernsehern und einer gut ausgestatteten und modernen Küche! Sie sieht genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und liegt nahe am Strand. Sie war sauber, das WLAN hat immer gut funktioniert und auch sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Auch der Check-In hat problemlos und selbstständig funktioniert durch ein elektronisches Türschloss mit QR-Code (wir zum Beispiel sind erst spät in der Nacht angereist und es war gar kein Problem). Vor allem Marco ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit, war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns gute Restaurants und Ausflüge empfohlen und sogar für uns reserviert und sich erkundigt. Gerne wieder und sehr empfehlenswert!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!
