Ha aperto le porte della sua casa incarnando a pieno lo spirito di Air-bnb: dal mettere a disposizione l'intero appartamento (condividendo anche pezzi di storia di famiglia nelle foto) a consigli su dove mangiare ottimi piatti locali a come muoversi in città a mostrare la massima flessibilità per check-in e check-out. Consigliatissimo!

Italiano: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento di lusso a Rimini e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. L’alloggio è spazioso, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Ogni angolo della casa era perfettamente pulito, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato l’host. Non solo è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ma mi ha anche fornito preziose informazioni su come raggiungere la destinazione nel modo più veloce, economico e comodo possibile. Grazie ai suoi consigli, il viaggio è stato molto più semplice di quanto mi aspettassi. Se cercate un posto elegante, confortevole e con un servizio impeccabile, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

ho soggiornato nell'appartamento per 2 notti con la mia ragazza, e ci siamo talmente innamorati dell'abitazione e della zona fino a prolungarci per un altra notte. Detto ciò consiglio vivamente a chi si vuole vivere un week end tranquillo di prendere in considerazione la posizione e la qualità della struttura.

L'appartamento di Gabriele mantiene quanto promesso. È vicino ai servizi ma comunque tranquillo. L'appartamento era pulito.

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu trzy tygodnie. Wspaniała okolica do długich spacerów po plaży, lub przy jeziorze z flamingami. Niesamowite zachody słońca. W marcu super pusto i często jest poczucie całkowitej prywatności. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, na szczególną uwagę zasługuje super wygodne miejsce parkingowe przy samych drzwiach wyjściowych z mieszkania, co bardzo ułatwia przenoszenie rzeczy. Mieszkanie wygodne i zgodne z opisem. Właściciel – Eleonora – bardzo miła, przyjazna, daje dużo porad dotyczących okolicy, a także bardzo dbała o nasze samopoczucie podczas pobytu. Interesowała się czy niczego nam nie brakuje, reagowała na każdą prośbę i mogę powiedzieć z doświadczenia, że jest bardzo słowną i odpowiedzialną osobą! Bardzo dziękujemy za udostępnienie nam Twojego miejsca i bardzo chętnie wrócimy! Polecamy z całego serca!

Thanks for being a great host. It was perfect that we could use the bikes and thanks for driving us to the ferry with our suitcases!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo BnB per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, perfetta per me e mio figlio, con letti comodi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Torneremo sicuramente in questo splendido BnB e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità!

Il nostro soggiorno e’ stato piacevole e confortevole . Ringraziamo l’ Host per la disponibilità, sia per l’ orario flessibile del check in , sia per averci fornito il necessario per il benvenuto . great place, as per pictures. Attilio was a very attentive host, he has helped me in all my needs. he went above and beyond and procured me a scale. I stayed for 2 months and it was very comfy.

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Great host ,very helpful , fast communication, place is great just by beach with great views , very clean, an amazing surrounding , i would highly recommend the host and place , see you next time we are in Rimini, and thank you very much for everything

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

There were some problems with AIRBNB, which we solved with Federico, thanks to him for that. We will come back again.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
