Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Poloha bytu dobrá v blízkosti obchodů i centra ČB. U panelového domu se dalo bez obtíží zaparkovat. Paní Kata velmi rychle odpovídala na zprávy a celkově se zajímala - komunikace výborná. Byt je větší s krásně velkou koupelnou a vybavenou kuchyní.

Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Apartmán byl dokonale čistý, cítili jsme se jako doma. Už se těšíme na další čas u Vás. Děkujeme

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der schönen Einrichtung der Unterkunft, sowie von ihrer Lage und alles andere im Umkreis der Ferienwohnung. Man hatte viele Aktivitäten, sowie einen Pool oder direkten Zugang zum Meer. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Velmi prostranne tiche ubytovani a i v zime jsme meli teplo. V kuchyni bylo vse potrebne, v obyvaku TV s Netflixem. Obchod Coop Jednota velmi blizko. Byli jsme na plazi u jezera, navstivili vybeh muflonu a i rozhlednu. Chystame se vratit cez leto/podzim. Doporucuju :)

Tomas war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet, hat eine top Lage und ist sehr sauber. Sehr zum empfehlen. 👍

Moc hezké ubytování s výhledem na Lipno, vse krasne čistě a nové. V okolí možnost spousty aktivit s krátkým dojezdem autem.Urcite doporučuji

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See. Die Kommunikation mit Miroslav lief einwandfrei, Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Host.

Home is wonderful. Location is near city center, really romantic place next to the river. Home is modern but very cozy with everything you need to celebrate Christmas and enjoy your holidays, even fireplace. We can recommend it and we will for sure come back!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, hell, freundlich und mit einem sofortigen Wohlfühlgefühl. Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden, die sich in dem bereitgestellten Hundebett auch gleich wohl fühlten. Es gab auch zwei Näpfe, alles sehr liebevoll. Der Garten vor und hinter dem Haus ist sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt, außerdem nach hinten riesig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank mega. Tolle, bequem Betten, saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche, alles bestens. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, sehr individuell, wir bekamen extra Tipps für unsere alte Hündin. Umgebung durch die Nähe zu Trebon, Budweis und vor allem Krumlov super, vor Ort alles nötige vorhanden, auch ein süßes Freibad für sehr heiße Tage. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Extratipp: Das Olivenöl in den kleinen Fläschchen ist hervorragend, die ganze Tüte sehr liebevoll und zudem nützlich. 👍

An idyllic location and property! Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub in Lipno. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wäre groß genug auch für zwei Familien und ist wirklich schön und sauber. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt war auch unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Quiet and clean place, and a beautiful apartment that contains everything you need. Lots of nature around. I would recommend it if you want to have quiet time but some good things to do in the surroundings with about 30 minutes by car. Only the communication didn't work well for us on the day of our arrival, no response on Airbnb and the phone number was wrong, and we got the call from our host at around 9pm when we were already driving around for 45 minutes looking for the place, with our small kid in the car, no fun at all. I would recommend sending some kind of information on how to drive to the place beforehand so that does not happen again, like a map. But besides that, I can recommend it.

Tomas, was a great host. The place is very spacious. Easy walk to the center. Will definitely be back!
