Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Branka und ihrem Mann zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die beiden sind fantastische Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett! Bei Fragen hatten Sie immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und als der Ofen nicht richtig funktioniert hat, haben Sie direkt einen Neuen bestellt und einbauen lassen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

Great apartment with lovely views. We did not spend much time in the apartment as there is so much to see and do in and around Budva. When we were home we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Dejan, the co-host, was extremely helpful. If available he offers trips around the country so you don't need to hire a car, we had a lovely day out into the mountains and to nearby Kotor. Would highly recommend Extravaganza!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Koliko god se trudio, ne mogu naći ni najmanju zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba, od komunikacije do uslova u iznajmljenom stanu. Olakšavajuće instrukcije, sve čisto, kuhinja funkcionalna, topla voda, lako dostupno, na petnaestak minuta od mora itd. Najtoplije preporučujem!

We really enjoyed our stay. The most beautiful view and very close proximity to the Old Town, waterside path and shopping centre. Radmulla provided lots of helpful info to make the most of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering too.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!
