Juan has an amazing place! I stayed here for a month and loved it! It’s great for families, couples and even solo travelers. Juan was very helpful as a host and was honest about everything! Quick to adapt and help out in any problem that I had! Again it’s an amazing place and Juan is a great host who deserves more customers his way.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Had an amazing stay here over Christmas & New year. Everything was fantastic Would absolutely recommend this place Host was always very responsive. Would recommend highly and are already thinking about returning

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! From the moment we booked the villa , Dirk was incredibly responsive and friendly. The villa itself was immaculate, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we could ask for. The terrace was a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape after a day of golfing . Lastly , a round of applause to Suzi - the caretaker and Lily- the cook . The culinary experience at the villa was exceptional. Every meal was a delightful journey, showcasing a variety of flavors and beautifully presented dishes. We ended up having all our meals at the villa 🥳 You will not be disappointed. We will return for sure in the near future. 👍

The staff is helpful. The taste of food is good. The place is clean and tidy. The swimming pool is huge. We enjoyed our time there.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

This is an awesome house, plenty of space for people to sleep, kids loved the pool and watching movies in the living room. House is 5 minutes drive from the beach so really convenient. There is a delivery service for things you need, food, drink etc. We are looking at buying a place in the same development!

We, family & friends, had a peaceful moment at Viren's place. Very nice & cozy accommodation. Easy to go Hua-hin town, just 10 mins drive. Will definitely be back to visit your home again when we think of Hua-hin.
