Un bon coup de peinture serait le bien venue, quelques tache d'infiltration d'eau au plafond. le personnel est au petit soin et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. chambre faite tout les jours. Endroit reposant même si quelques voitures passe en journée. seule le chant des oiseaux vous réveille agréable. Merci pour tout.

I had an excellent experience with Adrien as the property management representative. He is always eager to assist, highly positive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a smooth stay. Throughout my monthly rental, every agreed-upon detail was fulfilled with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to the current market rates. The included cleaning service was a significant plus. Additionally, the 24/7 availability, quick responses to messages, and prompt handling of requests made my stay even more enjoyable. Adrien’s outstanding service deserves a solid 10/10. Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Mookba und ihrem Mann sehr genossen! Die beiden waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben leckeres Frühstück und frisches Obst bekommen und sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für die Rückfahrt wieder hin gebracht. Mit Grab konnte man gut Essen und Taxis bestellen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, war uns Mookba immer eine sehr große Hilfe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der abseits der Hektik eine ruhsame Auszeit in der Natur und in einem Städchen mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr netten Menschen genießen möchte.

Ning has gone to extraordinary effort to make her house a pleasure for visitors. Up to 4 couples could have a comfortable holiday there.

The location is perfect. Close to town but not too close. Very quiet neighbourhood and privacy perfect. The host is very friendly and super responsive. Everything is taken care of immediately. We had 6 wonderful weeks and will definitely come back. The house and furnitures are a bit dated but nothing to worry about the pool is amazing and actually bigger than anticipated. Only one minor thing and that’s the towels. They’re not the quality we would pick. The area is a nice mix of Thais and farlanga. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also two bicycles but we never used them. Internet is good too

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Heerlijke plek om een paar dagen bij te komen. Het bed is goed, de banken binnen en buiten zijn comfortabel. Wij boekten een paar dagen extra omdat we het er zo naar ons zin hadden. Het appartement is zeer volledig uitgerust, inclusief wasmachine. De communicatie met Wandy was geweldig. Ze vertelde hoe we met de bus van Bangkok naar Cha-am konden komen en we werden bij het drop off point opgehaald. Er is geen strand.maar wel een groot zwembad beneden. Het strand is 10 minuten rijden met de taxi. Grab lijkt hier niet te werken maar misschien is dat alleen in het laagseizoen. In het dorp bieden lokale taxichauffeurs vervoer aan tegen vastgestelde tarieven. In het dorpje zitten genoeg restaurants ( the Village Bar restaurant is geweldig) Wij komen hier nog eens terug.

公寓环境很棒，有很大的泳池，也很靠近海滩。就是房间位置不太好找，幸亏路上遇到员工带着我们去。提醒下，房间需要自备洗衣液，洗手液，连住打扫卫生是需要额外付费的。

It was surprisingly beautiful property and lovely spacious apartment (even more than the pictures). Wifi was good.. ample parking space with 24*7 security. smooth check in... pool was amazing,, right nex to beach.. filtered water and washing machine in basement next to parking area.. private entrance to beach.. lovely sunbeds.. kids friendly.. easy access to main areas.. cicada and tamarind walking distance.. easy local transport available right in from of property songthaew (locals uses it.. like a small open bus) 15 bhat per person anywhere you stop.. check routes online..

Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Geschoss, über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, sie ist vollkommen ausreichend und hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht, wir waren wiederholt 2 Monate zu Gast und fühlen uns bei Frerich und seine Familie wie zu Hause und gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind das Highlight, wie freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen...

I felt at home in the condo within just a couple of days. Large complex...but just set off the main road...so very quiet considering where you are. Everything seems to be just a couple of blocks away in this older more interesting part of town, Morning Wet Market, Night Market, Beach by the pier, and a million places to eat.
