We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was great to enjoy the Dusit Thani pools next door. We also used the condo pool quite a bit as we were usually the only people there and enjoyed the privacy. Nice beds. Aircon is cool. Nice bathrooms. Would stay again. Kitchen is small. We just ordered food panda a lot. Close to several grocery stores like Makro.

I had a very comfortable stay. The description is accurate, it's a studio, so not too big but very functional, and plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. A rather spacious bathroom however with a big shower. I was off tourist season so that may help, but it's clearly a quiet building, well insulated, and the few people around seemed to have a good time doing their work in the lobbies around the swimming pool. So a nice, quiet, studious vibe, I would say. The pool is great. I'm a swimmer and I need a minimum size to be happy, and I was often alone in the pool. So very satisfied with that. The kitchen's ustensils need an upgrade, but that's my general experience in Thailand. The cuisine is so delicious and varied, I understand not many people can be bothered to cook! So BnBs don't give you the right stuff to cook with, sadly. But Europeans need to cook a little and the landlord could make western tourists very happy by just adding a few things.

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. it felt like a resort. The pool was the highlight. Security guards were always friendly. The apartment was clean and adequate for all our needs. The kitchen had the bare minimum basics but it was fine for us as we only had breakfast in the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place and come back again.

Thanks to Eric who taking care of this room, he is very helpful and easy to communicate. Everything is good for the price, and would be perfect if the bathroom not smell from drained water, and one bedroom queen size is very hard mattress like sleep on rock, the king size bed is very comfortable.

I had a wonderful 4 nights in Hua Hin. Praow's condo was exactly as it's portrayed in the photos. I loved how spacious it was, and the views from the 3 balconies were spectacular, especially the sunrise on the horizon each morning. The condo had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. I would go back in a heartbeat! Praow was extremely responsive and answered my questions within 30 minutes. The pool was also very clean and close to the beach. I had such a relaxing time.

部屋は清潔で綺麗です。道路を挟んで向かい側に大きなショッピングモールがありとても便利です。 海も目の前でプールから直ぐにいけます。 スタッフの方々も皆さん感じが良いです。 チェックインやチェックアウトも柔軟に対応してくれました。 オーナーも質問には直ぐに返事をくれます。 次回もまたここに滞在したいです。

Nice condo, washing machine on balcony was a nice touch. This place made you feel safe and secure as the security and locked door was well monitored. The only request to host was a second key which was delivered that afternoon. No issues all information was provided in an email prior to leaving for the trip. We liked it alot and planning to return next year. jim

Прекрасный, уютный кондоминимум, красивая территория! Хорошее, чистое постельное бельё. Удобный матрас. Не хватало очень антимоскитных сеток, детей искусали комары. Нет утюга. Если поставите антимоскитные сетки и поменяете сковородки , тогда мы к вам вернемся снова.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Maison spacieuse à 5 minutes de la plage dans un environnement calme. Tous les equipments nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Bruce est réactif par message et partage ses informations sur Hua Hin. Le départ et l’arrivée avec Dha se déroulent sans stress.

Great location in hua hin, 5 minute drive to cicada market, responsive and helpful host. A very, very clean and well maintained villa. Would stay again.

This is the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything is reassuring. The room, living room, and dining room are all spacious, not only comfortable but also very quiet. It's only 5 minutes away from the downtown area and shops, which is very convenient. Our group of 5 adults were very satisfied with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, well stocked and as advertised. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was a 1 minute walk away. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks so much!

Amazing stay! The location was perfect, and it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The house had everything we needed, with super comfy beds. Excellent communication from the host made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

Great hosts! Super helpful, and the unit is even nicer than the photos. Huge balcony overlooking the pool. The complete is beautiful. The room was very well equipped. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and night markets. Was a perfect stay!

We loved our time in Samuel's condo. It has everything you need for an extended stay and is lovely and quiet despite being in a bigger complex. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The swimming pools are perfectly maintained and it was surprisingly easy to find a spot to relax most times of day especially in the morning. Across the road there is a little coffee stall that makes fantastic coffee for 50 baht. There is a Tops Daily across the road and a mini Big C a short walk away. Other places we enjoyed were Vela Coffee opposite Cicada Market and BaanBunMa futher down the road towards Khao Takiab. We had an awesome stay and hope to return next year.

The first thing I noticed when I went into the condo is it looked more dated than the pictures indicated. But was OK. Getting to the pool is through five building freeways it's not a bad walk. The pool is fantastic. The grounds around the pool again fantastic. You could put one of your tanning beds on the seawall and have a really really nice view of the bay. Then there are steps going down to the beach. The staff were very helpful the security people were great. You are close to everything directly across the street is Bangkok Bank. Also HueHin Village mall directly across the street with all kinds of restaurants and a market on the basement level. Yes I would stay in this condo again.

we had a great 3 weeks stay. there was some construction work outside our window which we did not expect, but other then that every thing was great. location is perfect just near the 2 night markets that works on the weekend. The swimming pool is amazing. I highly recommend.

Bardzo polecam apartament, jest czysty, świetnie wyposażony, bardzo zadbany. Apartament znajduje się na 14 piętrze, ma 2 balkony z widokiem na morze. Znajduje się około 10 minut jazdy samochodem od Hua Hin ale to akurat jego zaleta. Za budynkiem znajduje się lotnisko, nie warto się nim przejmować bo odlatuje z niego 1 samolot na dwa dni, czasami lądują lub startują małe samoloty ale jest to tak rzadkie, że podczas kilkudniowego pobytu nie słyszeliśmy ani nie widzieliśmy żadnego samolotu. Jedyna rzecz jaka może być kłopotliwa to główna ulica, która znajduje się w niedalekiej odległości i słychać z niej ruch w nocy, jeśli to komuś nie przeszkadza to będzie bardzo zadowolony z pobytu u Lin.
