We loved our stay. The place has a lot of love for details… The beach is quite near, 7/11 is quite near, some nice restaurants are near… The house is easy to cool down and at the outside area a fan is enough. The pool is big enough to cool down. There is a night market near by and we heard some music. It didn’t bother us as we sit outside until late anyway. Overall: we would love to come back

Host is responsive, friendly and easy to communicate. There are flexibility in check out time. Her house maintain cleanliness and amenities provided are working and clean. Bed is comfortable with fresh linen. Towels are clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a secluded and private place for a short getaway and also own/ rent a vehicle in Hua Hin. Guest should prepare mosquito repellent and mosquito coil. I enjoy my stay and hope to return again.

Beautiful place to stay with the best location to the beach! The house is absolutely luxurious with all you and your fur friends need and offering such a stunning view. Great exercise to walk down to the beach. Jane was kind and very clear with the instructions. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and would love to visit again some time :)

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

This place is perfect! Everything is brand new and super modern. It's very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The bed is super comfortable and there is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It's really quiet and private, perfect for working remotely, kite surfing holidays or just relaxing. There is a pool next to the house as well. The hosts BeBe and Klaus are super nice and responsive. BeBe even came and picked us up and helped us move - so sweet! We felt very taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

Me and some girlfriends stayed here and had such an amazing and relaxing time. We thought the space was super cozy and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city area.

The house is beautiful, and Chonnikan helps a lot. She always replies to messages promptly and gives us good instructions. We will definitely book her house again if we come to Hua Hin next time. Thank you Chonnikan!! :)

We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

Normally I don’t feel like the need to write a review unless is my worse or my absolute best experience. Isabelle has IMPECCABLE taste, every single corner of this house is just perfectly curated. The location is quiet and quaint. We had the best weekend there. Highly highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a chill oasis to getaway. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our family stay. The rooms were very comfortable. The pool was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were also provided with extra drinks and goodies at check in which made our stay very comfortable. The location is great and close to the beach with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Sirima was a wonderful host and responsive to any question we had. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great to visit with family and friends, really enjoyed beautiful nature around the villa. Little bit far away from store restaurants.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to relax, so I would like to come back again later! There are gym, tennis court,and swimming pool with slide. I love all of amenities. Security guard and garden staffs are hard-working. And Tao is the most mindful host I ever met, she gave us pickle balls racket sets, bike and yoga mat. Great restaurants are nearby the house, you can go with the bike/scooter 3-7minutes.

Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

Fantastiskt hus på alla sätt. väldigt fräscht inomhus. Poolen var större än vi trodde och väldigt bra för barnen och oss vuxna som kunde simma i den. Låg nära stranden och flera restauranger. Vi besteg berget i närheten. Daniel gav oss massor av tips och information inför och under vår vistelse och var hjälpsam på alla sätt. Vi hade en toppenvecka på alla sätt!

The house is amazing and Balaji he was the best host he very responsive and helpful. The location of the house a bit confusing to find his house with so many pool villa in that area and the house number is very small but is not a big problem (is only the first time if you go there) me and my family we enjoyed it so much so we will definitely will find some excuse to come back to his place more often!!

Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

Har hatt 3 fantastiske uker i huset til Fred. Huset er kjempe fint, med alt av utstyr du vil trenge. Masse håndklær lå klar til oss i alle rom. God air condition i alle rom. Fin uteplass til å tilbringe på dager og kvelder, ha dørene igjen mellom kl 17 og 19- pga mye mygg. Det ligger et info hefte klar når du kommer med absolutt alt av info du vil trenge. Dette brukte vi nesten daglig, her står det nummer til Tuktuk/taxi- info om aktiviteter ,matbutikker å markeder i området etc.. Fredelig plass, å bare 10 minutt med Tuktuk inn til sentrum og store matbutikker, fast pris 200 baht. I nærområde og innen 5 minutters gangavstand er det 2 restauranter med utrolig god mat, thai massasje og en liten butikk med det aller mest nødvendigste du vil trenge. Fred er kjapp å svare om det er noe du lurer på. Her kommer vi lett tilbake, takk for oss. 🌞🌞

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

A great place for families/small groups of friends to hang out, play board games, BBQ and relax. Many nice nature spots nearby for walks, hikes and cycling. Away from the crowds, but a short drive to nice beaches & restaurants. Tao & Pound were very responsive, caring and thoughtful. Can highly recommend.
