The place is superb! It's right by the sea (but there's no beach.) You have the sea view from your balcony. If you don't have a car, it might be a hassle to get to. However, we traveled by car and the location couldn't be better. The building is just right outside Sri Racha so there's no noise or hassle of the city, but it is close enough that a 5-minute drive gets you to restaurants, shops, and even hospitals. The unit is clean and spacious with 2 queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. The residential office is opened 24/7 so you can check-in/check-out at any time. The only 2 downsides were 1. no wi-fi and 2. poor TV signals (it might not matter if you're a foreigner or not a TV person, so bring DVDs as there's a DVD player in the unit.)

Had a very relaxing stay in this very spacious luxury condo. The bed is nice and soft and comfortable especially in comparison to other beds in Thailand which feel too firm. The bed linen feels nice to sleep in. The Air-conditioning works well, is nice and quiet and a must in the heatwave that Thailand is experiencing right now. There is access to a gym and 3 big clean pools in the beautiful garden surrounding the building. Lovely views and huge balcony.

It was a nice stay and I especially liked the pool, Japanese garden and sauna. Will come back again

Host is very friendly and responds quickly! Very easy instructions to gain access. He cares about his guests because you can tell he spent the money on good pillows and mattress. Great location with lots to do and eat. 10/10 will be renting again.

This listing is absolutely gorgeous and has a great sea view with great amenities. Host is really polite and humble. Good communication and great location. I would recommend this property everyone and I'm looking for to stay at this property again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront AirBnB! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The location is great, being in a residential area with easy access to the ocean. However, if you're planning on getting around without a car, be aware that the nearest convenience store is about a 20-minute walk or a less than 10-minute drive away. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basics covered for a short stay. While it might not have had everything we needed for an extended stay (we had to do some shopping for extra toiletries and snacks), it was perfect for our brief visit. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the two beautiful pools! They were sparkling clean and provided a great spot to relax in the sun or cool off on a hot day. We loved lounging by the pool and taking a dip whenever we needed to unwind. One minor issue was that the bathtub lacked its drain cover, making it impossible to use. However, this didn't detract too much from our fun
