had an incredible stay at this farm house! The property is spacious with a terrace to walk around and enjoy nature. The addition of chickens roaming around gave it such a charming and authentic farm feel. I loved waking up in the morning and exploring the area on the bikes they provided—such a thoughtful touch! Everything was organic, from the food to the overall experience, which made it even more special and refreshing. The staff were exceptionally helpful; I had an issue with my charger, and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality and a connection to nature, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Great condo, just few metres from the beach. The condo is modern, clean, and quiet. Pool and gym are well-maintained. Good Wi-Fi and ideal for remote work. Perfect if you’re after peace and beach vibes.

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

Ottimo albergo con ingresso alla spiaggia, la spiaggia a Bang Saeng non è bellissima, ma bella passeggiata, tanti bei ristorantini in cui mangiare del buon pesce. Ottimo parcheggio privato, tutto pulito e nuovo

This is an amazing place. The beach is just around the corner. Nice bars and restaurants. Really chill place. Mainly thai tourists, that was a great experience. The host was really quik to react. The place can be hard too find for taxi drivers but other than that amazing!

Absolutely amazing! This place is literally heaven for people who’re tired of city noises, it’s peaceful and clean, has everything you need for comfortable stay😍 Will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

We stayed here for a month in a very safe gated community and enjoyed the free bikes, canoes, table tennis and the great hospitality from Nink. Always helpful. Can highly recommend this place.
