Maria was an amazing host. She was always responsive and really helpful. I got cakes upon checking in and on Christmas day. It’s really sweet that she kept me in mind on the holidays. The lodging is nice and big. It was more like a cabin and the location was perfect. Very walkable to many cafes and shops.

I enjoyed my stay. It's an older apartment in an older building with it's older building maintenance issues, but it's a great location next-door to Asuncion's historic buildings and the coastal walking and biking paths... And the view from this 10th floor apartment overlooking the river is dramatic!!

świetne miejsce. jest blisko do wszystkiego. jest to centrum miasta ale zwykle jest cicho i spokojnie. Dla tych, którzy oczekują całkowitej ciszy są dostępne zatyczki do uszu. urzekł mnie balkonik na którym można spokojnie zapalić papierosa i obserwować ptaki. mieszkanie jest wyposażone prawie perfekcyjnie. może dla niektórych to mało ważne ale dla mnie było to istotne, w mieszkaniu jest dostępna wielorazowa torba na zakupy. kontakt z Marią jest doskonały. jeśli będę miał możliwość to na pewno wrócę.

¡Tuve el placer de alojarme en el apartamento de Gloria durante mi visita a la familia desde Estados Unidos, y debo decir que fue una experiencia excepcional. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y la calidad de mi estadía superó todas mis expectativas. La ubicación es perfecta: hay una hermosa terraza donde disfruté mágicas tardes apreciando el atardecer cerca de la piscina y gimnasio de buen uso. Además, hay una variada oferta de excelentes restaurantes y un shopping mall muy cerca. Lo que más me sorprendió fue la comodidad de tener un supermercado que abre las 24 horas justo al lado del edificio, lo que facilitó mucho mis compras. Definitivamente, recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que busque una buena experiencia y sin preocupaciones. La comunicación con Gloria fue excepcional; siempre estuvo atenta an mis necesidades, lo que valoro mucho. Sin duda, planeo regresar muy pronto para nuevas experiencias. ¡Un lugar 10/10! Recomiendo! La cocina muy equipada y cómoda para usar. La cama excelente. Pudimos usar el sauna y también muy bueno. Hay un supermercado a un par de cuadras y permite abastecer de todo.

Lindo departamento, muy cómodo. Está ubicado en un barrio muy lindo y cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Stephanie é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Carlos, que é o senhor que nos atendeu no local é muito receptivo e gentil.

Great place didn't have any issues which weren't solved promptly during my stay, decent location but a little far from the main areas of interest, but would stay here again. A minor recommendation for longer stays would be to have a change of sheets/bed linen available otherwise they have to be washed and dried on the same day which is not so convenient or practical.

All good, the studio has everything needed and the area is quite central and safe. The place is very quiet - except for the neighbours playing volleyball until 12, but it was only one night.

C'est un endroit très bien localisé. Il y a des commerces à 5 minutes de marche. Les employés de l'immeuble sont très aimables (ainsi que les habitants).
