Estadia muito tranquila! O local é perfeito para descansar, e aproveitar para se refrescar do calor, além de ser um bom espaço para assar uma carne! Próximo de restaurantes e de um mercado também, além de ter fácil acesso ao centro de Assunção. Os quartos estavam impecáveis, e destaco também o cuidado de deixar toalhas limpas para os hóspedes.

Muy recomendable, la casa 10 puntos, comoda con todos los servicios para quedarte unos dias y sentirte como en casa. Sergio el dueño un genio, perfecta y rapida comunicacion. Vinimos a ver a Racing en la final de la Sudamericana y nos llevamos la copa asique vengan a alojarse aca!

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é excelente, confortável e tinha tudo que precisávamos. A piscina é muito boa. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Sempre que precisávamos o anfitrião José nós respondia prontamente.

Mi estadía en este departamento fue muy cómoda, fue mi hogar por los 3 meses que estuve en Asunción. Walther siempre fue muy atento a mis consultas y cuando necesité modificar un día de estadía por un inconveniente con mi vuelo no dudó en ayudarme. Está muy bien ubicado, es fácil moverse por la zona y está a distancia muy cómoda para caminar hacia 2 de los shoppings más importantes de la ciudad. Recomendaría 100% que se queden en este depto. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement! Het is ruim en stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De twee slaapkamers zijn comfortabel met heerlijke bedden, en de woonkamer is licht en gezellig. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en het gehele appartement is voorzien van per kamer inregelbare centrale airconditioning waardoor het er altijd aangenaam is. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host uitstekend – snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie zit echt op een top locatie waarbij je in een hele goede, veilige en rustige buurt van de stad zit, maar toch op loopafstand van de mooiste winkelcentra en goede restaurants. Ook met de auto is het heel goed te bereiken en makkelijk parkeren. We voelden ons hier meteen thuis en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader! Dit betreft overigens een van de weinige opties op Airbnb die met zijn ruime opzet ook uitstekend geschikt is voor langere verblijven.

O apartamento é exatamente como mostrado nas fotos: impecável e com limpeza nota 10. Tudo é super novo, e o chuveiro é simplesmente incrível! O espaço está completamente equipado, com atenção a todos os detalhes para garantir conforto. Nossa estadia foi excelente, e com certeza voltaremos! Além disso, a anfitriã Laura foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as instruções claras sobre a localização, o check-in e o funcionamento do apartamento. Recomendo sem dúvidas!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Excelente lugar, tal cual lo muestra en las fotos, muy tranquilo, cómodo y bonito, con supermercados, centros comerciales, restaurantes y farmacias bastante cerca del sitio. El lugar me pareció muy seguro, volvería a quedarme allí si regreso por Asunción. El Sr. Glen y su equipo todos muy amables y atentos.

Hermoso departamento con todo lo necesario para una estadia reconfortante. Muy limpio y ordenado. 100% recomendable!

Pleasant stay. All as described. Very good communication from the host. Professional problem resolution: We had an issue with the Aircondition and next morning technicians already fixed it. Car parking is perfect. Location is very safe.

Niro is the best host I've ever had. He is always responsive, so helpful and got full of recommendations. I stayed 3 weeks in his lovely furnished and designed flat with a great view from the 7th floor. Also the surroundings are very safe - I did a lot by walking and often came home after 9.00pm. It is well located and there is a lovely green square, lots of trees & plants, with some nice restaurants & bars only 8 minutes walk. I highly recommend Niro's flat. Thank you Niro for being such a nice host - you made my stay very pleasant.
