I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

This is a gem, right in the middle of BV. Everything is walkable. Viking restaurant is downstairs, and our favorite cafe, Cool River, is across the street. Shares a balcony/outdoor area with the Viking rooftop but very quiet for us (maybe nights right now are too cool for people to want to sit out there?) Accommodation is brand new, everything very clean and tidy. I will stay here again the next time I'm sleeping in BV. Hosts are super responsive and everything was perfect. Thank you!

Lovely quiet spot. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I went in the mornings to the hot springs, cottonwood is only 15 min away. Pretty large for a studio. It is attached to their house, but I didn’t hear any noise. It was nice to feel the river nearby even though it was very cold outside so I didn’t really go down. Thanks for hosting, I would definitely come back.

Staying at Nancy’s was so peaceful! The views of the mountains are beautiful, the surroundings so quiet, yet close to town, and the space cosy and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay! Thanks Nancy! We hope to be back!

Quiet, comfortable stay in downtown Buena Vista. 30 minutes from Salida and 45 minutes to Monarch. Beautiful area with stores close by.

We had such a wonderful stay. The place was so meticulously clean and comfortable. I was one of those obnoxious guests with special requests and Audrey graciously accommodated them. The place really exceeds expectations and we have a high bar having hosted our own airbnbs in BV. Thank you Audrey!

This is a wonderful property, the pictures don’t do it justice! Super comfortable bedrooms and lovely kitchen with everything you need for coffee, tea, cooking and oven. There is a door that divides the bedrooms/bathroom part of the house and the common areas — this was super convenient in the morning, as it was quiet for those sleeping in. Biking distance to the aquatic center and near a grocery store. Communication with owners went smoothly, the rooms are beautifully decorated, lots of personal details. Would definitely come back!

Loved our stay as it was perfect for a pre wedding weekend organization and connection with my 4 girls, a fiance , and a friend. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect and plenty of space on the couch to all watch a movie! The views weren’t bad either 🤪

We enjoyed an amazing stay. A very comfortable and well appointed rental with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. We will return to Salida and plan to rent the rent this beautiful ranch house again.

Beautiful well-furnished home near downtown restaurants, park and river. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We brought our dog, which was a huge treat for us, and she loved getting to walk around the town. She is a bit particular with where she potties and since there wasn’t a yard with grass at the house, we had to walk her to the park each time, but it’s just a short walk across the street. Overall, this house and its location can’t be beat! Wendy is a great host! We would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was exactly perfect for what we needed. Staying there was myself, my husband, our two young kids, my MIL and my BIL, and we needed a good home base for toddler naps/early bedtimes while being close to Monarch Mountain for skiing. There was plenty of room for all of us, including my kids to play & run around. And you absolutely cannot beat the mountain views in the morning - absolutely stunning!

Although my family and I didn't stay for leisure or for more than a day, we felt comfortable and at home. If we are able to stay again for a longer trip we would be sure to keep this host and location in mind.

The place was spotless and we really enjoyed the space , the outside and closeness of Buena Vista. The garage space is great for games and ski gear. The hot tub a pleasure , the kitchen fully equipped and the beds comfortable. We felt part of the family and would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a chilly Spring weekend with a dusting of snow so we snuggled up by the fire, read books and enjoyed cooking in the very well appointed kitchen. We look forward to coming back soon! Beautiful and comfortable home!

Our family of 5 had a great experience all around! We love Buena Vista and this Air B&B was a great balance of affordability, location, and comfort. Everything was exactly as described and very clean!

The apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and pullout sofa. The neighborhood was quiet with easy driving access to downtown, restaurants, etc. We would stay again!

We loved our stay here! Very comforable and clean. The beds were very soft, and we enjoyed the easy walk to town. We will return in the future!

Good stay overall; only thing I want to mention is that the walls are indeed very thin, but this is stated in the listing so not the owners fault at all. Thank you!

If you are planning on skiing at monarch mountain this is the place to stay! It’s located 10 minutes from the lifts. The views are beautiful and the cabin was very clean. The Wi-Fi was not working when we got there but Kevin was quick to reply to us and fix the problem! Would definitely stay here again.

Sierra and Sage were amazing hosts and very responsive to us with our questions and needs. The property itself cannot be beat when it comes to easy access to downtown Salida, hikes, fishing on the river, and an easy drive to Monarch for skiing. We absolutely loved our stay and it checked all the boxes for what we needed, even with a 6 and 8 year old tagging along. Thanks for everything!

This is the second time we stayed here in BV and would definitely come back. It's right near everything and just a great value. We love it here.

Location is Prime for a stay in Salida and if you are booking for the summer the boat ramp and bike rentals are a all within a block of one another. Great spot!
