We had a lovely stay at Reggie's place. Location was perfect with 2 train stations close by with loads of dining and pubs just a few steps down the street. We felt comfortable and secure and really enjoyed the private space outback. Reggie was extremely helpful and we would absolutely stay here again if available. Property was clean and looked just like the pics.

Carol Anne and Kelly were great hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and buses, the neighborhood is great. We had a great time, thaks a lot.

Flat in great location easy access to Kings Cross. Plenty restaurant bars and supermarkets nearby. Great flat couldn’t fault it. Debbie provided a lot of useful instructions and information. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

We visited Janets home for my Wifes 40th and there were 4 of staying, Janet was fantastic and helped with the exact trains to get and directions from the train which made the trip so easy from the get go, especially as we were not scheduled to get in until close to midnight but even this was not a problem. The appartment was lovely had all we needed and we would absolutely want to go back there again, the place was so peaceful. Great Host, Great appartment, great location, overall superb experience and had a great time.

Just arrived home from a wonderful two night stay at Sally’s annexe. Where to begin, the annexe itself was full of character, cosy and had everything you could possibly need for a getaway. Robes and sliders for the hot tub provided, lots of lighting, a very well stocked kitchen and a lovely private front area where me and my partner Zoë enjoyed sitting in the evening with a log fire and bbq. The settings and garden, not to mention the cottage are beautiful, we’ve never felt peace like it. Lots of beautiful walks, pubs and restaurants nearby and plenty of great recommendations from Sally too. Sally made us feel at home instantly and gave us a tour during check in so we knew exactly where to find everything. Beau the cat was just the cherry on the cake. Host, home and surroundings, just lovely. Also the bed in the annexe may be the comfiest we’ve stayed in. Would visit again in a heartbeat, if you want a quiet break from the city. This is the place.

We stayed in the annex for three weeks, as our son was attending an intensive course of physical therapy at NAPA in Harlow. The property being only on the ground floor was perfect for our son in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door but we found that this was not at all a problem. Our stay was an extremely comfortable one. It is a beautiful property that is comfortable and well thought out. The annex has both style and substance. It feels like a home. The surrounding farm is beautiful and was a joy to look at. Sally herself is a perfect host - informative, kind and good fun. The only negative from me is that the fridge was too small for our purposes. However, Sally let us kindly use another fridge and I know that she has plans to install a bigger one. All in all, we loved it and we have already booked for later in the year.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Teenager-Kindern über Ostern in London - die Wohnung war ideal, um von dort nach Central und in die westliche Umgebung Londons zu gelangen. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet und alles funktionierte!

We were celebrating a birthday with a group of friends over the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The house is huge and charming - even with 14 of us, there was always space for a quiet moment alone. Interesting facts about the house and its history were everywhere, and made the place feel really special. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking for such a number of people wasn’t a problem. There were also plenty of bathrooms. The views from the bedrooms over the rolling countryside were beautiful. We were very lucky with the weather, and relaxing afternoons spent on the lawn in the sunshine, followed by evenings around the fire in the drawing room were fantastic. The host, Hugo, was very friendly and informative and always on hand to help with whatever we needed. Having the nearest train station just down the hill made logistics easy. All the guests had a wonderful time, and we would definitely stay again! Thanks again Hugo for a memorable weekend!

Jubed is more than a host… he is a friend to his guests. He went out of his way to help is. with any need or travel emergency. The townhouse is beautiful and Jubed adds the extra little touches that make you feel like valued friends rather than just guests. I will definitely return to Stanmore street the next time I visit London! Jane G

We absolutely loved our stay at The Stable. The photos when we booked looked amazing but in reality it was superb. The bed and settee were super comfy and all the TV set up was great. We had amazing weather for April so really enjoyed the little sun trap of a garden. The lights at night were so pretty. Going to get some for home. The kitchen had everything we needed. Little goodies left by Greg were very nice. Our little dog was very well behaved and enjoyed his holiday too. The stable is in good walking distance to everywhere in Southend. We walked miles both ways on the beach. Luckily we came before 1st May because after that till September dogs are not allowed on the beaches. And that would have been a game changer for us. All in all it is a lovely little cottage. Designed beautifully well done.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

We had a great stay with Stella and had a friendly chat on arrival. The location was beautiful and quiet and perfect for out little doggies. Loved the open plan of the place and the ease of parking. If we go back to Tunbridge Wells we’d definitely look to try and stay again pls.

This is a really beautiful terraced house in the heart of the Queen's Park neighborhood in London. The location is incredible - it's just off the park itself, which is a gorgeous spot to stroll and if you have children, it has a phenomenal playground. The house has three spacious bedrooms upstairs and a twin bed in one of the sitting rooms downstairs. There's lots of room to spread out, and also a sweet back garden with seating. It's a short walk to the tube and the fabulous shops and restaurants on Salusbury Road (and also lovely Chamberlain Road on the other side of the park). The house is clean, comfortable and well laid-out. There's a slight smell of damp in the kitchen - it didn't bother me, but it might be something to consider if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Anna and Nicky are wonderfully responsive and provide lots of advance messages with clear instructions and solid neighborhood recommendations -- wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Our second stay at this beautiful flat and we loved it even more than the first time. Truly a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are so looking forward to going back!

Great spot if you're using public transportation in London. There's a bus stop a short walk away. Friendly hosts, beautiful yard!

I booked to stay at the cottage for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The communication between myself and Tim & Maite was great. They were always responsive and super helpful. The photos of the house don't do it justice. It’s such a lovely area and although you may see the occasional walker in the distance, you feel like your'e in the middle of nowehere. The hot tub was a great addition to the property, especially since the pool at the house was not available due to it being out of season and super cold, as explained prior to our arrival. We ( and the kids) loved the house, loved the fire, loved the hot tub, loved the games, We played the family edition of Cards Against Humanity and it was just a lovely relaxing family weekend away without computer games - it was bliss. The perfect setting and in my husbands words - it was the perfect find! Thank you so much to Tim and Maite for such a wonderful stay.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

We stayed here April 2025 for my stag party weekend. The venue was amazing. Clean, amazing surroundings great swimming pool. Host was great at setting us a up bedrooms spotless and bathrooms clean. I really liked the plum cottages I don’t think the pictures do the place justice the cottages are huge and have their own kitchens and bathroom and a private garden.

Silvia's apartment was perfect for us. Pay attention to directions (Silvia provides helpful photos) for getting into the building and locating the apartment, but then entry and exit quickly becomes routine. The apartment is extremely quiet, an excellent refuge from the London streets. We didn't happen to use the terrace but often kept the window and door open to enjoy the air. There is plenty of clothing storage space. As American travelers, we were confused at first to find most appliances won't work unless you put wall switches in the on position, such as for toaster, stove, washers, and bathroom towel heater (switch is outside the bathroom door); but once learned, all is well. We adore Clerkenwell--the neighborhood is lively and pleasant, full of ethnic restaurants, nice pubs, busses on the main streets, close to Farringdon station with access to tube lines and the Elizabeth Line to airports, and easily walkable to many London sights. We would very happily return!
