Apartment fully matches the description. They are fresh, clean and tidy. The view from the window is stunning in any weather conditions. The floor tiles are a bit cold at first if no one lives in the apartment during winter so it's better prepare warm house slippers. Thanks to the host Irina for the opportunity to live in such a nice apartment.

The house was easy to find, the owner provided clear instructions for moving in. The apartment was super clean! I give a special like for the presence of washing gel/soap and other things (I didn't have to buy separately, as happens in some apartments). The apartment is completely consistent with the photos. There is everything you need. And of course, I can't help but appreciate the beautiful view from the window! Believe me, it's worth it! 🥰 Of the minuses (this is for me personally, for someone it's okay) - the noise level from the neighbors. A couple of times it was noisy until 8 am 🥺 But overall I recommend the apartment! 🩷

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

the room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view on the seaside. the location was great, easy to reach the seaside, nearby parks, malls, etc. The room owners were very responsive and supportive. Overall, there were some minor negative things: * the elevators were always overcrowded and one should wait at least 10-15 minutes, * even if the location is great, at the same time it is quite noisy for some periods of a day - cars horning on the streets because of traffic jams, * a parking place is quite difficult to find.

Отличная квартира, в удобном районе города. Внутри было все, что обещал хозяин квартиры Рядом много магазинов с продуктами и ресторанов. До набережной очень близко, и такси до старого центра стоит недорого Николоз всегда был на связи и помогал при заселении, спасибо огромное!

Отличные апартаменты. Чистая новая мебель, все необходимое есть в квартире. безумно понравилось, обязательно вернемся. Отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты. Полностью соответствует фотографиям. Даниил отличный хозяин! Спасибо еще раз!

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Все было замечательно. Удобные апартаменты с хорошим видом и удобным местоположением. Рядом много хороших ресторанов и магазинов. В апартаментах было все необходимое.

Нам с женой очень понравилось - номер чистый , интернет очень быстрый и комфортный для просмотра фильмов , в душе вода комфортная, без скачков с холодной на горячую. Вся техника в номере работает , кондиционер рабочий, балкон шикарен для работы , если туда вынести кресло. Спасибо !

Viskas buvo tiesiog tobula – apartamentai švarūs, jaukūs ir pilnai atitiko aprašymą. Vaizdas pro langą – įspūdingas, ypač vakare! Lokacija puiki – netoli jūra, parduotuvės, kavinės. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, atsakė į visus klausimus, bendravimas buvo greitas ir sklandus. Tikrai rekomenduoju visiems, ieškantiems komfortiškos ir patikimos vietos apsistoti Batumyje. Jei grįšiu – apsistosiu vėl čia!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Rita und Roy war einzigartig. Die beiden sind wirklich nette Leute und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel und das beste ist, es war schön ruhig gelegen im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks. Für Ausflüge haben die beiden einen großzügigen Transporter parat und auch das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben. Alles in allem kann ich den Aufenthalt bei den beiden nur wärmsten empfehlen.
