We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

It is as described and same as the pictures. I recommend it! Piotr was very helpful and responsive, he solved some issues we had in a short period of time. The kitchen is very small though, so maybe not the best option if you are planning to cook everyday, the fridge is very small too and the amenities provided are not the best, is pretty basic but it works just fine and it is enough if you stay for a few days or if you are planning to eat outside. There isn’t any cleaning equipment provided neither soaps or toilet paper which it is in the description. Besides that, everything else is as described, comfortable place to stay for a few days. The location is good. I recommend it.

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

Everything was great, we had a great time. The apartment is perfect, the hosts are very welcoming. Some small things: there is no microwave. The parking is small, therefore it might be already full by the evening, but this is a problem for most places in Batumi.

Türkiye’den gelerek İlk kez Airbnb kullandım bu sebeple endişem vardı. Ama ev sahibi çok çabuk ve hızlı bir şekilde evi tutmamıza yardımcı oldu. Türkiye’den gelecekler buraya kesin baksın. Çok temiz ve herşeyi olan bir yer. Hem de güzel manzarası olan Batum’da her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz lüx rezidans dairesi. Natalya ya çok teşekkürlerimi gönderiyorum <3

The apartment has a great view from the balcony. The 6th of May Park is a few minutes walk away. There are several great restaurants in different price ranges nearby. Levan was always in touch and ready to help.

The building is located in the center of Batumi's promenade - you can walk 5Km in each direction. The apartment is designed like a boutique hotel. All amenities are there and working. The rooms are beautiful, from the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling through the gorgeous wallpapers and down to the tiles on the floor. Although misfortune had a lightning strike the building just before we checked-in and kill both elevators - we had a great time. Vaja is such a true Georgian gentleman - he offered to carry our heaviest suitcase for us, all 13 floors up (I refused, of course... but he did repeatedly offer to...). My mother-in-law was celebrating her 70th birthday and Vaja even took it upon himself to leave her a surprise birthday present. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and I must commend Vaja on truly being a "super host"!

My recommendation! The apartment is beautiful and cozy and there was all that was necessary. It's really near the old city and the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby too. Sophia answered quickly for all the questions. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you very much. I hope I'll come back. 

Хорошая квартира в центре Батуми, рядом парк, до моря и достопримечательностей Батуми 15 минут. Рядом много кафе и магазинов, на первом этаже дома кулинария. Отдельно хочу отметить супер удобный матрас для сна! А так же то, как быстро хозяева отвечают на сообщения и решают любые возникающие вопросы.

Провели прекрасное время в квартире! Очень тихо, спокойно, я почувствовала, что отдохнула! И была рада ванной, в Грузии это редкость. Отдельное спасибо за утюг, погладила платье!

Жили месяц. Отличная квартира в которой есть все (посуда, белье) для длительного проживания, ничего закупать не приходилось. Три комнаты изолированные друг от друга, удобно, если есть дети или нужно проводить встречи по видеосвязи. 10 из 10 Район отличный огромный ТЦ с магазинами и ресторанами, набережная, кафе с потрясающей едой или столовая для тех кто любит поэкономнее;) и все это буквально в 3 минутах от подъезда, несмотря на то что сам район окружен тремя шумными улицами, сам двор тихий и спокойный. 10 из 10 Хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь сам или его замечательные родственники. В день нашего отъезжа изза снежной бури отменили наш поезд, хозяин вошел в наше положение и предложил пожить еще 1 день бесплатно, что очень трогательно и не часто встретишь. Если я снова буду в Батуми, а квартира будет свободна, с радостью остановлюсь еще раз:D

Оставались в этой квартире на 8 дней. Всё было хорошо.. какие-то мелкие вопросы владелец очень быстро решал. Большое спасибо Вахтангу и его замечательной помощнице Лали. )) Однозначно всем рекомендую.))

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Good apartment at the sea-side.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

The apartment is excellent, clean, with great view from the balcony, with all facilities included (hot water, air conditioning, wifi, fridge, tv, etc.) At the local supermarket located at the 1st floor (ground floor) of the building, you can buy garbage bags, soap, napkins, salt, sugar and other stuff. Since it's near the beach, restaurants and small amusement park, it's quite noisy at night, with loud music until 12-1am. Better to be outside and catch the vibe. The building in which is located the apartment, is quite old and neglected from exterior. However, the inside is ok. Also most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The taxi is cheap if using Bolt app. The building has elevators, and we had a bad experience with the smaller one when the lights turned off inside and it stopped. Using the phone's flashlight, we found the cancel button on the panel and it helped to open the doors of the elevator. We didn't encounter the same issue with the larger elevator.
